The Dentist here in Galveston did such a great job by repairing the remaining part of the tooth and building it up, and filling the holes. Zero pain throughout the procedure, zero pain now, and a perfect bite. I give the Galveston Mint Dentistry my highest recommendation. I wish they would move or open an office up by the Wisconsin Dells.

He diagnosed the problem and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal, which --amazingly--I was able to get done that same day. I went back to Shoreline for a crown, and was amazed at how quickly and painlessly that procedure was. Overall, my experience with this office has been superb. It is very clean. The staff was very snotty whenever I reached out to them and made me feel very uncomfortable while the dentist himself was kind enough about it.. also the billing was billed incorrectly coded and while they admitted it was their error in coding to bill the insurance- they refused to make a simple $55 adjustment even though it was of their complete error to make it right.. first experience with a Texas dentist - looks like I'll be making drives back to the family dentist for any further issues where I can be confident in the work and billing.

After getting me to pay for something initially that my insurance didn't cover they did the procedure and low and behold there was something else that wasn't approved and I am supposed to come out of pocket for after the prior authorization went through stating they were covering everything but the thing I already paid for. Completely unprofessional and highly recommend not going here unless they give you clarification on line by line approval or you will get yourself a surprise bill. In the end my insurance company had to use another line code to cover the made up code to get it covered for something this office makes up.
