Dr. Bhakti worked with me for months to get them all taken care of, making a referral when necessary. Even though I was upset about my dental state, his easy-going demeanor actually kept me laughing through most of my appointments and I'm happy with the final result of my teeth.

I'm traveling, so I could not stay for the Crown procedure, but I was advised to get it done when I return home back in Wisconsin. The Dentist here in Galveston did such a great job by repairing the remaining part of the tooth and building it up, and filling the holes. Zero pain throughout the procedure, zero pain now, and a perfect bite. I give the Galveston Mint Dentistry my highest recommendation. I wish they would move or open an office up by the Wisconsin Dells.

A major issue seems to be their insistence on unnecessary X-rays. They push for X-rays at every visit even though many insurance plans only cover them once a year, and depending on patient history they may not even be medically necessary that often. It feels more about billing than patient care. I also had a filling done by another dentist recently, and this office tried to tell me I suddenly needed additional filling work on that same tooth, which immediately raised red flags for me. Combined with seeing charges of around $600 billed to insurance for a basic cleaning and exam, the whole experience felt extremely questionable. Patients should double-check their insurance benefits and recommended treatments before agreeing to additional services here.

She has a very painful broken back tooth with impacted wisdom teeth. Do NOT waste your time.. I'm concerned at this point if this is even a proper licenses facility.

At one visit, a lady was there before us and after we'd been sitting there for 2 hours she walked out and the girls behind the desk proceeded to talk shit about this woman who didn't want to spend all day sitting in their dank/dirty ass lobby. On another visit, I'm standing in line to talk to one of the receptionists and when she is done with the person in front of me, she completely ignores the fact that I'm standing there and yells for another patient to come to the desk and discusses their payment and such (while I'm still standing there) which could/should have waited until after she answered my question. 5. Then TODAY... I'm sittin in the lobby, with no a/c mind you, for 45 minutes when the receptionists look up and ask me if someone sent our chart to the back. I tell them that I don't know, but nobody has called us. Then she tells me that "there must have been a misunderstanding" because the f'ing orthodontist has left for the day!! Are you f'ing kidding me?!!??! I'm not sure why (with the experiences we've had up to this point) but I am in utter disbelief! I have never in my life seen a more non-professional group of people/ business and if there was a way to get my money back and go somewhere else to finish up my kids' orthodontic care, I would do it in a heartbeat.
