ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RESTAURANT (I would not have even given one star, but you cannot post without selecting at least one)!!! The wait staff is extremely rude - I guess they feel that since it is family owned & operated, they do not have to worry about being fired. You only see them to take your order & bring you your food, that is it - if you want a refill or anything, you basically have to excuse yourself from the table, go hunt them down (which really isn't hard to do, someone is usually always eating at a back table) & ask for it. The "green salsa" is disgusting & you don't even get a bowl to put it in - you have to spend your entire time holding a bottle of salsa so that you can squeeze some out onto each chip before eating it. And don't bother asking for a refill basket of chips (which you will need because the service is slow), because you will be charged for that extra basket of only 10 chips!!! And if your order is wrong, just know that they will not remake it, only give you back change on what was missing. And forget about ordering food to go, they charge you .50 on each to go box - this cost me an extra $4.00 one afternoon (four boxes for our meals & four cups for our drinks)... ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!! 2 THUMBS DOWN!!! Lucky for us locals, more & more Mexican restaurants are popping up due to the growth north & there are now more options when choosing where to eat & in this case, where not to eat. read more

The same employee who took my order apologized and went to the pickup window, only to find my order had been sitting there the entire time. Had I not spoken up, I honestly wonder how much longer I would have been left waiting. This experience showed a complete lack of attention and organization. Unfortunately, because of this, I won't be returning. Management needs to hold their front-line staff accountable. These employees are the first and only impression customers get of this restaurant, and experiences like this don't just affect one person.
