I was interested in trading in my 2009 Kia Forte on a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The first time I went into the dealership a couple of weeks ago a gentleman named Braden approached me with a smile and helped me for several hours. My wife had the car for the day so we were unable to agree on a trade-in option because his boss had to see the car, but it did not deter Braden from helping me look at several cars that morning.
