The fried pickles and cheese were sweet pickles, which aren't my favorite, but were still pretty good, though the napkins they were served with kind of got stuck to the cheese; maybe ask if they can skip those for yours. We paid a per person price where our employee could get any item from the menu they wanted. We have 25 employees and all were served in a timely manner. The menu was posted on the wall in the truck as well as on the outside. The options were huge. Italian Ice, Malts, Soda Floats, fresh lemonades, and wonderfully decadent Ice cream sundae creations. The Czonka was a big hit and the brownies were super fudgy. Even though the only flavors of ice cream they had were strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla, they were rich and creamy.  We were very pleased with the experience and would definitely call them back for another corporate event!

Wanted to obtain some info about their offerings since the business name Blooming Kafe was intriguing. Ordered an espresso coffee at the walk up window and met with the barista who was one of the owners. She explained the origins of the coffee beans which were Escondido Specialty Coffee who own a farm in El Salvador. The back of the cafe trailer was wide open with a green astro turf walkway with pink stanchions on each side drapped with pink flowers which felt like a waiting line at a trendy nightclub. The barista presented the espresso in a basic mini cup and tasted spectacular, providing a smooth non-bitter taste and yielded a quick well deserved buzz. There were a few giant croissants on display in addition to an array of coffee offerings. After some online research, it seems that the Blooming Kafe distributes flowers too (hence the word Blooming), although today there was a framed chalk board ad showing a bundle of flowers with a dollar sign without a listed price.

Beware of misleading prices..,…read more I stopped by this convenience store to grab a bottle of wine that was clearly marked at a certain price. When I got to the register, it rang up for twice as much. I politely pointed out the price tag, thinking it was a simple mistake -- but instead of honoring the marked price, the cashier just shrugged and said, "Oh no, the tag is wrong. It's this much." That's not how pricing is supposed to work, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. It's frustrating and honestly pretty shady. If they can't be bothered to update their tags or stand by the prices they display, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of stores around that treat their customers with respect and transparency -- this one, unfortunately, isn't one of them.

The quality is unreal, and the taste is out of this world. The owner, Yitzie, and his team are always so warm and friendly. The atmosphere in the store feels like family--so welcoming every time I walk in. And the place is always spotless, which I really appreciate. I tell all my friends and family about how fresh the sushi is--and get this, I recently learned the chef used to be Michael Jackson's personal chef. How cool is that?
