When it came out it looked like a steak I asked the server three times if he was sure that this was prime rib and he said yes it was extremely chewy we asked for it to be served as raw as possible because they only serve medium and up here they don't do any rare steaks and what they consider medium was still super chewy and had no flavor I literally was fighting to get the meat off of the bone. And the meat itself did not taste like prime rib.. prime rib has a slightly different flavor versus a regular steak so I don't know but I would never order it again we came home with most of it and then it's just sitting in the fridge. It's quite unfortunate because a lot of people were talking about this place on tiktok and I know they potentially could have paid them to do reviews but if they're known for steak they should know how to cook steak and have it flavorful.
