Melissa, the office manager, is wonderful. She's very informative when it comes to pricing, insurance benefits, and coverage, and she makes the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. The front desk staff is also friendly, welcoming, and always helpful from the moment you walk in. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning today was extremely thorough yet so gentle and careful. During the appointment, the dental assistant spoke to my children in a raised and condescending tone and was rough while performing a scan, which left my daughter visibly uncomfortable. When I asked that she please be gentle, the interaction became tense and the assistant's focus shifted to repeatedly warning us about a $50 fee next time a bracket comes off, even though the bracket had come off while my daughter was flossing and she was already avoiding restricted foods due to tenderness. I was also uncomfortable with some hygiene practices during the visit, as the assistant's hair repeatedly touched my children's faces and the scanner sleeve was removed before being placed in my child's mouth. In my experience, pediatric dental visits should involve patience, calm communication, and reassurance for children. I have shared these concerns directly with the office and hope they review the situation so families continue to receive the level of care we experienced in the past.

I know the dentist personally outside of work and he is an amazing and fantastic person. It is the front office desk that prevents this review from receiving two more stars. The issue is that, if you have an out of network provider, sometimes they do not submit claims, they are behind on submitting claims, or provide false information. I've had issues where I was told my account had no balance in it and suddenly I am mailed a bill where my account actually had a bill numbering in the hundreds. Sometimes when I'm on the phone trying to figure this out via phone line, the office workers are quick to hang up and get the call over. Resulting in premature hang ups and repeated phone calls. Don't let this review turn you off from attending this office. The dentistry may have started to changed because they recently changed Dentist since the last year, I have moved dental office due to my insurance changing. Hope future patients receive better care and front office treatment than me.

Horrible office . From the Dental to the office staff. The office is extremely unprofessional from…read morethe time you walk in (no one greets you) . You can tell the office has clicks and the front desk assistants were on personal calls. This office is so unprofessional and VERY lazy. The NEW dentist tried to tell me I needed my tooth pulled and it couldn't be saved and didn't even try to cover my tooth or put anything temporary on the broken tooth to prevent it from further breaking (this is after they said their oral surgeon who would extract the tooth wouldn't be there for another week) . The office quoted me $5,900. I had a second opinion done on that's tooth . My orthodontist referred me to a colleague of his because he said that what this office is telling me is disgraceful and they don't care about me as a patient, he also mentioned that this office is treating me like a business transaction than a dentist office that truly cares for their patients. He even mentioned that something temporary should work oh really have been put on my tooth to prevent further breakage. The dr I seen today said it can definitely be saved and put something temporary over my tooth to prevent it from breaking. Also I had a deep cleaning done yesterday and it was horribly done. Still stuff left on my teeth. I've had a deep cleaning done in the past where it usually would take 45 minutes to an hour to do and the doctor finished it in 15-20 mins. My teeth didn't look like they were deep cleaned . The hygienist that's is normally there was out yesterday(per the office manager Grace) therefore the new dentist had to do it and she did a horrible job. You can tell she didn't want to be bothered, by how much stuff was left on my teeth. They don't care about their patients at this office and it shows . The previous (old) dentist was definitely a bit better but still not to caring about his patients either (the reason I say he's not caring is because he could've prevented my tooth from breaking by paying better attention to it instead of continuously putting it off for over a year) . The way that the dental assistants spoke to the old Dentist and lolly gagged around the office was very noticeable and apparent that something more was going on than just employment. With all this said I would think twice before settling for one opinion. Get multiple opinions. We as patients are our own advocates. Hope this helps someone . I thought long about posting but enough is enough.

Dr Ezzati was very polite, comforting, and patient with me after my anxiety kicked in while I was getting ready to get my routine cleaning. The receptionist said yes, and she set up the appointment. During my visit in July 2023, Dr. Parisa Ezzati seemed very nice and helpful. The visit included a checkup, cleaning, and a possible filling for my front tooth. The X-ray and examination were completed, and Dr. Ezzati offered to do only regular cleaning. However, my previous dentist had recommended a deep cleaning. She also performed the filling for my front tooth, which took less than 2 minutes. Additionally, she suggested that I get a nightguard, and her staff took impressions on the same day. A week after my nightguard was ready, I tried it in the office. It was super tight and applied excessive pressure on my teeth. Dr. Ezzati adjusted it a little bit, but she insisted it was supposed to be this tight. The first night, my teeth hurt so much that I woke up in the middle of the night to remove it. After a break of a couple of nights, I started wearing it again, but I continued to experience pain and pressure. After a few days, while taking out the nightguard, my tooth started wiggling, and I went to the office. Dr. Ezzati cemented it and suggested ordering another softer nightguard. Not too long after, the front tooth filling fell off while eating. When I went back, Dr. Ezzati mentioned, "It happens, I didn't even charge you for this filling." For the duration of two months, I visited her 6-7 times to address the same issues. I was hesitant to return for future concerns due to the care and materials used, and the problems that arose after each visit. After Dr. Ezzati cemented the loosened crown, I experienced mild pain for a couple of weeks; however, the pain became chronic, preventing me from chewing on the right side of my mouth. Despite the ongoing pain, I was uncomfortable with the repeated visits for the same issues. Consequently, I sought help from another office/specialist. A couple of weeks ago, after 4-5 months, I received a statement from Dr. Ezzati's office. The statement lacked itemization, so I called and requested an itemized invoice. The receptionist initially failed to inform me that they were not in network with my insurance. Then, they billed me for the filling, despite Dr. Ezzati stating that she hadn't charged me for it. Moreover, they charged me for the hard nightguard, which was problematic, instead of the second one. The receptionist claimed both nightguards had the same price. (out of my curiosity I called random dental offices, and all of them mentioned the softer nightguard is cheaper). The approach to billing and patient care in this office is UNETHICAL. The absence of upfront information about network status, inconsistencies in charging for services, and the delayed, non-itemized billing raise serious concerns about the ethical standards upheld by this dental practice, plus the need for repeated visits to address the same issues. I am the type of person who always supports businesses in my neighborhood. I prefer straightforwardness; if you're only interested in my money and don't care about anything else, you could have communicated that from the start.
