When our kitchen cabinets and our master bathroom vanity were installed and it was time for the countertops, they were able to come measure, and create the perfect countertops in less than a week! And I say perfect countertops because everything was AMAZING! They were able to cut one piece to fit around the corner!! Everything fit exactly to measurements! And they even matched up the veins in the quartz so that it looks like it flows from the island across to the wall cabinets! But the master vanity is the most incredible of all. We ordered a backsplash with it for the 2 sides with a wall, and they surprised us by matching the backsplash piece to exactly match the countertop in terms of the stone's patterns!!! We have been in the home improvement business for over 40 years and have never seen that kind of perfectly matching stone before! My wife goes into the store. She had on a long winter coat. She's always cold. It's a medical condition. There are no inside pockets in that long winter coat that she wore open because then she started getting hot. She was overdressed, which happens to her when she goes into stores they don't have the air-conditioning set to 60. This was literally yesterday. She went out the day before and was freezing to death because of the windchill. She did not feel the need to explain this to the men that worked there. Unbelievable! She bought some batteries and was carrying them around the store. A man whose name we remember, we don't need to mention his name takes them away from her and says why don't you leave them on the counter? She she knew for sure that he thought she was some kind of thief because she was wearing a long winter coat. We all have weather whiplash. This man would not admit that he thought my wife was going to shop lift these batteries. She said she didn't see any sign saying do not carry merchandise around the store. She also did not notice any baskets one can carry the merchandise around it. Then the man continued to argue with my wife about how long the surge protector cord should be, and my wife kept saying what she wanted, and he kept arguing with her manslaining to her that she needed a long cord when she did not need a longer cord and we have very good reasons that we do not need a longer cord! My goodness! Prices are not cheap, they did not tell us the truth over the phone and then this happens. So not so happy;will avoid in future. Then she had to ask for a receipt. We hate that; a receipt should be given automatically.

Not sure the owner, but communication is lacking on all levels. Will note there was a pause in the permitting which stalled for a few weeks, but this was well in the beginning of the year. They will show 1 day and you won't see them for another 2 weeks. Which leaves me here, with a half installed fence, and a deposit that is in their pocket since December of 2024.

Hank Johnson, owner of Stone Artistry, came out personally to assess our situation and sent us an estimate the next morning. We appreciated his vast knowledge of his craft as he took stock of our situation. It's obvious that he has decades of experience under his belt. Hank has a good sense of humor and is a very personable. He made us feel at ease and that we could trust his assessment of things. His communication was consistent and responsive both by email and text. He kept us updated about where progress on the job stood and what we could expect moving forward. His crew was courteous and kept the job-site organized and tidy. At one point Hank noted to us that the wall required more attention to shore it up and avoid faster deterioration down the road. His added estimate was fair and he made it very clear as to why the additional work was needed. Hanks' crew not only repaired the portion of the wall and made it look really good- but they cleaned the surface of the entire wall and removed sand and dirt that had accumulated at its base. There were many larger pieces of flagstone and other rocks that didn't get used in the repair job and Hank's crew left all of that on premises - which felt very honest! We will absolutely hire them again in the future.
