The garlic noodles were flavorful but a little too oily for my taste, pork was dry. The beef skewers were good, but the Lao sausages were definitely my favorite part of the meal. They were delicious, especially with the crack sauce that came with them! The biggest disappointment for me was the papaya salad. I absolutely love papaya salad and will travel pretty far to find a good one, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't for me. I noticed they use lime juice rather than fresh limes, and I personally really don't enjoy the taste of bottled lime juice in papaya salad. The location also made the experience a little difficult. There isn't a parking lot, and street parking is very limited on a busy street/intersection. I ended up having to wait in my car because finding parking nearby was so difficult. The surrounding area also had an unpleasant smell, which didn't make the wait any more enjoyable. Overall, I really wanted to love this place, especially after making the drive.
