Though this establishment does share its lot with others, there is plenty of parking with its own dedicated lot. Walked in at a busy time of day for the lunch rush, but was greeted and shown a table. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would say the dining area was about half capacity and still could maintain a conversation. It doesn't get too loud inside. Went with the cashew nut chicken à la carte since they do not offer it as a lunch special. The portion is decent as well as the combination of vegetables with chicken. Relatively uncommon, you do need to purchase a side of rice since it does not come with the entrée. read more

The service is great but unfortunately the Orange Chicken went from the best I'd ever had, to possibly the worst I've ever had. About a year or so ago when I first tried this restaurant, the Orange Chicken was fluffy, not overcooked, sumptuous & perfect flavor. Now most of the pieces are overcooked, hard, dry, & rubbery. I tried it a couple more times on occasion over the last year in case my disappointing experience was a fluke or if they reverted back to how it was. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Disappointing & I probably won't take any more chances by ordering it again. ;-( read more

Ordered dinner Christmas Day and picked it up. Our food was ready within 30 minutes. They were pleasant considering they were open on a holiday. It looked like they had been busy when we picked up the food. I love their fried wontons. They packed them well so when we got home they were still crispy.. Best and most authentic Thai food I've had in both Thousand Oaks and Newbury. I get a response greeting in Thai, always a great sign. The menu does not have cross over items of Chinese food which is usually a clear indicator of not Thai but Chinese trying to do Thai. Superb authentic curries. No peas and carrots. That is not Thai. Rich, flavorful and spicy range from mild to Bangkok spicy . My personal favorites are chicken satay, Pad See Ew, Tom Kai Gai, Panang Curry and Pad Thai noodles. You can learn a lot about places from 3 of those dishes. My mouth waters thinking about it. I'll be down there soon enough to enjoy their food again! A bug accidentally got in my water, so I asked for a new one, and she replace it right away. As for the food, it was really good. My friend got the drunken noodles, and I got the pad thai. Both were really flavourful and not too spicy but still a good amount of spice for me. It was a really great meal, 10/10 would go back if I'm craving Thai food, and we cleared both plates. The food was decent, though my Pad Thai could've used a little less oil/sauce.The egg rolls were our favorite thing - lightly fried but perfectly crispy. Portion sizes were moderate. Service was friendly. The place wasn't too busy when we came by on a Saturday, so our food came out reasonably quickly. 3.5 stars for the quality of the food, rounded up because we wouldn't mind coming back again. The crispy cream cheese wontons were kind of soggy and the food taste was ok at best. Chicken Satay didn't taste as good as other places and had some weird spices on it. The yellow curry is our absolute favorite but we have recently noticed the portion we get is now smaller than it use to be which stinks cause we love it and want more of it. Pineapple fried rice is super delicious as is their pad Thai and egg rolls. We also love the orange chicken. Always able to order and pick up within 20 mins.
