Scheduled a week prior to come on a Monday at 12 pm- they agreed. Never got any follow up messages, so i had to message them to make sure they were still coming the next day- they then said yes they would be coming between 9:30-11 am. Not only is that a large time frame to wait around for but also that wasn't the time i asked for but i let it slide. 11 am rolls around, and i send a message asking for an eta, no response. Then, last weekend they showed up an hour before their window and we weren't able to get them in, so they rescheduled for today. Then today we texted again to make sure, and then received a phone call saying they would not be coming, not only today, but with no availability for days - how is this possible when we were supposed to be on their schedule? Had done a cleaning service a few weeks ago for a tenant that moved out. The company never sent me a receipt and I followed up with the owner 1 through phone and 2 texts. Originally she was telling me that I had to pay through some portal which I never received so I paid through the owner's venmo. I urgently need a receipt so I can use it as a write off for a security deposit which this company failed to provide. Understandably people only hire cleaning services for people / business reasons and if you can't provide a receipt then you should realign on your customer service policy. read more

All I can say is, WOW! I called Amy to see if she could send a crew to clean our house that we just moved out of, and she had availability the next day! Her pricing was reasonable and she was really accommodating. She is really responsive via text, and I met her at the house and we did a walkthrough. She was thorough and explained how her crew would clean the windows, pull out the fridge, etc. We had a fairly large house that needed a thorough move out clean, and I was so impressed when I came back four hours later to see what the team had accomplished. Worked with Dulce to schedule monthly cleaning for our 3 bedroom house. The Amy's team arrived right on schedule, cleaning the entire housein about four hours. They were very detail oriented, scrubbing the tub, sink, drain to be spotless. They dusted everywhere and even put some really nice finishing touches, like tying the toilet paper in a bow. Excellent excellent! TLDR; Amy and her team are amazing! Such excellent attention to detail and there was so many areas cleaned that my last cleaner never bothered with. I appreciated how Amy looked over everything after her team was done and made sure we were satisfied with the work. Long story --- Pre-pandemic, I had a different cleaner who I only used a few times because I wasn't satisfied with their service, then I was referred to Amy and her team. When Amy met with us to go over the house, she was very thorough, asked us questions, and we felt like we were being heard in terms of what we wanted. Fast forward to last week, we finally scheduled a cleaning since we had initially met Amy pre-pandemic. My husband and I were blown away with not only how quick the ladies were at cleaning, but how thoroughly they were. I did not expect the stove grates to be so clean, I've scrubbed them myself before and I could not get it nearly as clean, nowhere close! Our glass doors for the shower, we usually use a power drill with a brush attachment to be able to scrub all the hard water stains off, but the team didn't even have that and the glass doors were way cleaner! These are just two areas that we were impressed in. The whole house was treated in the same manner and we are so satisfied with the work. They did a complete and thorough job cleaning my place that when I moved, I immediately thought of them for the cleaning of my new place. I've spoken mainly with Memphis though, who helps schedule the cleanings and is the front-line for the business. This is a review for a cleaning I ordered in August 2023. I needed a deep clean to prepare my 2-bed condo for renting out and I never had it professionally cleaned in the 4 years I lived there. The place is a modest 985 sq feet on a single level, and the price Amy quoted me over the phone was reasonable. The only issue was coordinating the cleaners to enter the gated complex at the scheduled time. I had left the entry instructions and code with Amy, but after I arrived at the scheduled time I waited ~20 minutes for the cleaners only to learn that they had been parked outside the complex waiting to be let in. So something broke down somewhere in the lines of communication. The cleaners also took longer than originally planned, due to the place being "in worse than expected condition" according to Amy. But she honored the original quoted price and didn't charge extra. The cleaners did a decent enough job, they weren't the most attentive to detail but the price seemed proportional for the work. Overall, I was glad to hire a small family owned local business at a fair price. read more

This business either has no standard or is a complete scam. I would have given them a zero star and have good mind to take legal action against them for harassment. I had used their regular home cleaning service back in May and that turned out to be a fairly decent cleaning job. So I trusted them and went back to them for my move-out cleaning as we are moving to our new place.But we got scammed by them under the pretext of "hourly charges ". First of all their move out cleaning for the same home is twice the charge of the regular cleaning. And supposedly it involves a lot thorough cleaning. I got the 6-hour package (Supposed to be 2 people for 3 hours). Considering our home is 3-bed 2-bath and only about 1200 sq.feet that should have been enough. The home was already in a fairly decent shape as we had moved everything out except some small amounts of plastic and cardboard trash here and there. It was absolutely trivial to carry that out and should have been part of it because they were charging so much more. First of all they arrived almost 45-minutes late. Then from the moment they arrived they started haggling about how impossible it would be to clean the home for the hours we paid. I had to call their sales person who had scheduled the appointment for me three times to get this fixed Then they started working and they were really slow! I asked them twice to hurry up and Amy Khan who was the lead cleaner kept saying that it's not going to be clean enough as we had apparently paid for too little time. Then exactly after their allotted time slot they started to leave. We pointed to them that the entire family room had not been dusted and mopped at all, the main kitchen counter top was not cleaned and all the bedrooms were barely cleaned with floors still looking dirty. When we pointed those out to Amy, she started to get passive-aggressive and kept saying that they were not going to do anymore work unless we pay them more. And amidst these arguments Amy went out to our driveway and just called the cops on us for absolutely no reason. Thankfully the cops were very reasonable and said we were just obviously very dissatisfied and disappointed customers and rightly so and left. Amy and her assistant left after that. So as a favor to everyone else Stay Away from this business!! Updating review: Addition in response to the owner falsely claiming below things that did not happen: 1. No intimidation was done. 2. The cleaners were never restricted or restrained from living. In fact they were parked on the driveway and they could have just driven away. Instead they chose to call the cops on us in fact from the same driveway, purely as a positioning gesture and to intimidate us on the other hand. 3. Voices getting raised were at normal raised voice levels that are part of any argument or altercation. 4. Negotiating for a fair price is part of every meaningful business deal . There's nothing unfair about it. And that's what I did and I have the right to do so. 5.We firmly believe any cleaner who does his or her job with due diligence deserves every respect just as any other profession. Clearly that was not the case here where the cleaners one of whom is supposedly the business owner cheated us under the pretext of hourly cleaning charges after the services were prepaid for. 6. I want to start by saying I was impressed with these girls and their attention to detail. They started off asking me if there were specific things I wanted them to focus on (there was). I basically let them do their thing and just checked in a few times. After about 3.5 hours of cleaning they asked me to take a walk through and see if there were things I saw that I would like them to address. I asked them to address a few minor things which they did without question which only added to my happiness with their work. Overall I was very happy with their service and highly recommend them to others. They vacuumed and mopped my floors, cleaned all the cabinets inside and out and really cleaned up my shower and windows. We really needed a cleanup in our 1800 square foot home. The original quote of $270 was for a one time cleaning. The ladies arrived and went right to work straightening out the bedrooms and vacuuming etc. Because of the disaster in our bedrooms, the ladies contacted their supervisor and let him know that they were probably going to run over. The supervisor called me immediately and told me that an additional $75 would be needed for the overrun. After OK'd the additional cost after we worked out the final total price. They cleaned all the floors, wiped down all the cabinets, gathered up all the dirty clothes, and completely cleaned the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Well worth the price and I will definitely hire them again. Next time we will indicate to leave the stainless steel chimney and appliances, and ask them to wipe the mirrors better. read more

I scheduled a home cleaning which was also confirmed the day before scheduled appointment. 15 mins after scheduled time I called the office and talked to Memphis who said that Amy and her team would be at the house in another 15-20 mins. I tried calling again after 1 hour and this time the office didn't answer the call. There was a miscommunication from the office end and they didn't inform me about the delay. The team came 2 hours late but Amy was transparent about the reason for delay. We went ahead with the cleaning. Amy and her team did a great job cleaning our house.
