Maid Bright is great ! They provide a window a couple of days before they arrive and, so far, they've always been on time. You are able to set your window and change your appointment at any time which is also helpful. They wear masks, gloves and booties Nd have been quite thorough with each visit. The experience was great even before the cleaners stepped foot in my apartment. I requested a quote on the Maid Bright website and within a minute (no exaggeration), I received a call from a member of their team. He gave me an overview of the company and briefly explained what they do. During that call, we also set up a time for someone to come by my place for an in-home consultation. A few days later I met with Leslie at mine and she was extremely pleasant and professional. I live in a small space so it didn't require an extensive house tour, but we chatted about what I hoped to gain from the service and discussed what I would like done. This was pretty short, but I didn't feel rushed or like I was just another slot on her appointment calendar. She took the time to walk me through things more in-depth than the introductory phone call and gave me a lot of information about the business and how they operate. The cleaning portion was just as great as the previous two interactions I had with the company. The women who came jumped right into cleaning as soon as they arrived, not wasting a single minute. I also like the idea of them sending two cleaners together for safety purposes - as a woman, I think that's very thoughtful of the company. Also, I suppose they can chat and make the time go by faster! I left to run errands and when I came back, my apartment looked spectacular. Things that always slip my mind when cleaning (e.g. a mirrored tray that holds my perfumes, decorative prisms, etc.) were cleaned. The level of customer care exhibited throughout every step of my process was exceptional and the communication consistently clear and swift. We first used maid bright when I was 38 weeks pregnant. I was looking for a cleaning service as I was on bed rest and wanted to get the house cleaned and ready for our new baby. A staff of 2 came to our house two weeks ago and did a deep clean in less than 4 hours. They were excellent! They paid attention to every little corner in the house and we're polite and lovely. I have been very impressed with Maid Bright so far. The process of getting an estimate to clean my house was very professional and easy to customize to my family's needs. The work has been consistently good and I am impressed with their limited use of chemicals and paper towels. My only complaint (if I had to offer a suggestion) is that the cleaners have arrived outside of the appointment window. I requested an early appointment time and was confirmed for 12-2, however they arrived at 8AM. I appreciated the early arrival, I would just have liked to know to expect them at that time. read more

I was given an estimate for several different frequencies and different parts of the house included (e.g., include/exclude basement, fridge cleaning, etc). The estimate was in line with other companies, so we decided to go with it. Maid Bright emails you the day before with an appointment window. They arrive masked with all of the tools, but they had no issue with using some of our products. The cleaning itself is thorough and reliable, so much so that we bumped up the frequency from 1x/month to 2x/month. We had used Maid Bright twice in our old house and after living in our new house for two years we decided to try them again. The initial estimate in our home was very efficient and helpful. We felt like it would be a worthwhile investment as we have a young child and a new baby. Working full time makes it challenging to find enough time to clean. I am optimistic that they will continue to do well if they send the same team each visit. The two ladies who did my initial cleaning hustled the whole time they were at my home. After using multiple cleaning services over the years, we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of service from Maid Bright. Referred to us by a family member, we were looking for service in our brand new home and Maid Bright did a great job. The initial cleaning went very well and they are very reasonably priced. The ladies are extremely thorough and polite. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because there was a slight hiccup with the crew getting to our house. Since it is a newly constructed home, they were having issues with directions but waited until the morning of to figure it out. We had to reschedule our initial cleaning, which forced us to adjust our schedules, but with the exception of that inconvenience, we were very happy and have scheduled reoccurring monthly services. **Updated Review 9/27/2017** After my initial review, I received an email and phone call from both the Service Manager and Owner of the company with an apology and a complimentary service. I was very happy with the cleaning done by the two ladies and have requested them for continued service. ******** I wish I had a good experience like others. There were a few issues with my initially cleaning and the follow-up. When the 2 ladies arrived, I asked them politely to put shoe covers on and one complied while the other didn't. One couch wasn't vacuumed and my newly painted wall was slightly chipped (I wouldn't have been upset if this was the only issue as accidents happen). I received a couple of follow up calls where the rep said he would provide the best cleaners given I was flexible with my schedule. I said that was fine and he said he would call back to let me know the next availability. It's been over a month and no call back. He was trying so hard to be apologetic and provide the best service, which is great, but not getting a call back just shows he couldn't handle my issue. Too bad this couldn't work out for me. read more

Maid Bright delivers good quality cleaning. I've hired them throughout 2016 and am now returning back to them. I've taken one star down because in my initial cleaning the maids didn't re-do the bedding, although they always do that with the sheets that are already on the bed. The manager claimed they couldn't find the clean sheets, but it was not an issue before in my previous experience. I was offered a discount for my grievances, so it's all good and I'm proceeding with them cleaning my condo once a month. They also ask you which areas they should pay special attention/rigor to, and they've done very well with my bathroom tile walls, that I've indicated needed some tough love. Well done! read more
