We have been using maidbright for about 3-4 months now. The first cleaning was almost perfect! Everything was clean, the house smelled great and all of our personal items were arranged in a very welcoming manner. I thought this will only happen this one time to get our contract. The next time was completely different (not great) and I called the office to find it was a different crew. I asked to have the original crew in fire visits which they have been able to accommodate except if they have someone sick. The service after has been good, our house is not very big though. They have missed certain places, bathroom floor, door fronts, cabinet fronts but I have not complained. They also damaged our blinds and I didn't complain about that either. I was told when signing the contract that someone would call us the day before to schedule a time since we had an alarm and I was not comfortable giving out our code. No one has called unless I email the office first and ask. Overall happy with the service. read more

We have been using Maid Bright for approximately six month and are very pleased with the service they provide. We have used several other cleaning services over the last couple years and were not as pleased with the quality they provided. Maid Bright generally does a very good job cleaning my home. They call the day before they come to give me a timeframe for the following day and they always arrive on time. They are consistent in their cleaning and the have proven to be trustworthy. The one time they accidently broke something, the team let me know and were very apologetic. The management office called the followed day to again apologize and see what they needed to do to fix it. It was no big deal, but the fact that they went out of their way to make it right made a good impression with me. In terms of price, they are a little more expensive than some of the others, but worth it if you appreciate quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more

I will give them 3 stars barely. Overall, they did a great job deep cleaning my dirty house. My house needed a good ol' fashioned scrub down and I got that for the most part. 1. I paid to have my oven cleaned: they sprayed easy off in my oven and did nothing else. The easy off dripped into the stove drawer and all over my clean pans, with a pile of easy off goo left in the oven... 2. They turned off my power strips: so none of my items charged or worked over the weekend. 3. They turned my air condition setting to 90 degrees - I wondered why it was so hot in my house...and I found out why...it was originally set at 72... 4. I had to move furniture back to it's original setting. Some items were left "out of place" or put back in very crookedly. 5. I called Maid bright and they had to set another appointment for me to meet the maids to have them come clean my oven...not at a convenient time for my schedule...ugh. We'll see how their next visit goes. read more

My wife and I were about to have a large family function at our home and were so busy that we couldn't get to do a really deep cleaning of the house ourselves. After looking at the reviews I called Maid Bright and they were able to come by the same day to give me an estimate. The gentleman who came by was pleasant and very easy to work with and gave me a very fair and realistic estimate for a 1st time deep cleaning of the house. So we had used another cleaning service before so I thought I knew what to expect... well these ladies were amazing. This service blew the other service we used away. The attention to detail was fantastic and I was so impressed I signed us up for regular cleaning later that day. If you need just a one time clean for a special occasion i highly recommend them. Our 1st regular cleaning is next week so I'll wait to comment on that, but I'm not expecting anything less. read more

We have been clients of Maid Bright for a little over 3 years now. We began with a great duo who came bi-weekly and were very consistent and thorough in their work. Since the pandemic began - which we acknowledge has been a game changer on many levels for all businesses - our satisfaction level with Maid Bright has been reduced. We seldom see the same housekeepers (lots of turnover and reassignment), cleaning has been inconsistent (missed dusting, not thorough toilet cleaning, countertops not fully cleaned and floors in the kitchen often only getting light cleaning (we have reported these concerns). Our bi-weekly cleaning cost increased by 25% in December. We have tried to be patient and understanding about staffing and labor shortages during the pandemic, but we will probably try a different service based on the increased pricing and reduced service levels at Maid Bright. read more

I've had service with Maid Bright for two years now and the service has been outstanding! Setting up the service was very easy - MB set up a complimentary in-home consultation to provide an estimate as well as a detailed overview of their services. The first visit was a "deep" clean (extra charge but my house was immaculate), then followed up with a biweekly cleaning for a three-level townhouse. The cost is reasonable and definitely worth every penny! The service frees up valuable time and allows me to spend more time with family. The company is very responsive and insured. Using their service allows for my home to be cleaned even when the normal team is unavailable or if I have to change dates based on my personal schedule. Update: Yusef from Maid Bright came out to look at the toilet and it actually isn't scratched - it looks to be some heavy-duty hard water stains. He came up with a solution to clean it and said they would take care of it during my next cleaning, no problem. The customer service with this company is top-notch and I have every confidence that Yusef is correct in it being a water issue. The cleaners were professional and thorough. A team of two took 4 hours for my initial clean, and everything was left sparkling. I'm not sure what toilet cleaner they used, but it was harsh and scratched the porcelain in the master bath toilet, so maybe request that they use something a bit less intense for that. Otherwise, their cleaning solutions were green, smelled wonderful, and didn't bother anyone's allergies or asthma. I will continue to use Maid Bright for monthly services. read more

We've been using this services for nearly three years. As usual, the ladies arrived promptly at 8AM, as scheduled, and went right to work upstairs on the three bedrooms and two baths. The ladies made everything look so clean, neat and orderly: carpets vacuumed, even the closets; tub, shower, and sinks all clean wand wiped down; towels folded, furniture dusted. Everything looked and smelled fresh and clean. The family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, office, and sunroom were also cleaned. The hardwood floors mopped, furniture dusted, couch pillows and throws neatly arranged and folded. The kitchen counters, sink, and stainless appliances all bright and shiny. Their representative came over to our home the same day we called and he did a walk-through to give us an accurate quote, which was very competitive. We were impressed that their service brought with them everything they needed -- cleaning supplies, rags, and vacuums. We didn't need to provide anything unless we had a specific cleaner that we preferred! They also change linens and take out the trash, among other services. We signed up for their initial deep clean and were very happy with the outcome. They were prompt, wore booties/masks/gloves the whole time, and were extremely thorough. We went through two other cleaning companies before we settled on Maid Bright. Even though they are more expensive, you pay for the piece of mind. Ahmed came to do our in-home consultation and we were sold. We are a recurring customer, so everything is taken care of and easy. Appointments are handled automatically and you get reminder emails. If you contact them, Idalia and Fanny are quick to respond. In the beginning when we first started, the cleaning crew took a few tries to get used to our house and understand what we'd like for them to focus on. They missed a few places, and one visit a lot of things went wrong, but customer service made sure we were satisfied. They corrected things and have gotten a lot better. Maid Bright is always communicative and thorough, and they have truly done a stellar job of adjusting to the demands of the pandemic. I have used Maid Bright for about 2 years now. I live in a small 1BR apartment with a cat. Communication - Maid Bright is so so great about sending regular, consistent reminders about when your next cleaning is. They also allow you to reschedule until 6am on the day of your service. Any time I have had to do this, they have been very flexible and understanding. Service - Maid Bright's cleaners are always professional and courteous, and they do a truly wonderful job. They pull up the rugs and mop the floor underneath, vacuum the corners, and actually figured out the right way to set up my (admittedly too fancy) dish drainer.... Been using Maid Bright for more than three years. They are exceptionally well organized. You will never have to worry about a missed appointment or similar oversight. The crews are very efficient and thorough in cleaning. My only quibble is that they tend to be so efficient (fast) that they will occasionally, well, break something. I've had to replace a lampshade because it was literally torn by the crew (who then tried to scotchtape it back together ... Like I wouldn't notice that?) But Maid Bright reimbursed me for the damage. There have been one or two other situations like that, but the company always makes good on a problem so -- given it's been more than three years -- I don't see this as a "huge deal." Maid Bright is terrific. We've been using them for years and are very pleased with the results. They arrive within a specified time, which is helpful to me since I work from home. We get the same cleaning crew every time, so they know our house and our preferences. The ladies who clean our house are extremely through - even doing dishes in the sink if I accidentally leave some in there. They are also trustworthy. One of my sons can be irresponsible about leaving cash on his dresser, and there's never been a problem. Beyond all that, the service is reasonably priced, and there's no cost for cancelations, provided you give them a sufficient heads up - which you can do by phone or email. I have been using MaidBright for my apartment since September of 2014 on a bi-weekly basis. I have a lot of allergies and cleaning myself can tend to make me ill (from dust and products) - so my home rarely got the appropriate attention it deserved. We were able to get Maid Bright in at short notice for a deep clean and the 3 ladies that turned up did an absolutely wonderful job yesterday. In 3 hours they turned this place into an absolutely spotless gleaming house I am not scared to breathe in. They were on time, they were efficient and they left no stone unturned. They did things I didnt expect - the beds were perfectly made , the plugs were bleached clean, the windows look wonderful. The blinds were perfect. The floors were mopped and made sanitary.
