The price is standard, it used to be quite competitive, but even now it is on the reasonable side in this expensive area. They are usually on time, finish the job and leave my house in a clean pristine state. My roommate even asked for which maid service cuz seh wanted to recommend it to her friend. I scheduled a deep clean and the service was not acceptable for regular cleaning, let alone a deep clean, and I was disappointed. There was debris left on the carpet and I did not see vacuum tracks in every room. The cabinets were not wiped down and the area between the cooktop was untouched. The oven was cleaned very well, but the racks were replaced incorrectly. The kitchen floor was not clean when the team left, though looked presentable at first glance - there were spots in places that I did not notice immediately (the floor is porcelain and has a marble pattern), and when I wiped up a small water spill the next day the paper towel came back very dirty. I requested a hard scrub on the shower floor, but there was no marked improvement at all. The headboard in the bedroom had a layer of dust remaining - it was untouched. The cleaners were there for over 4 hours. When I mentioned all of the above the company was extremely nice and very responsive and offered to return to rectify all of my concerns. I elected not to have them back; a deep clean, at least for the price, should have been better executed the first time. read more

We have been using Maid Day for several years now, once a month. They usually arrive in teams of two or three and within the window of time that is provided. They are always flexible if I need to change the day or time. They use organic cleaning solutions and always do a great job. The house always smells great and is so clean afterwards! I am a neat freak, but after having a baby, I found it hard to keep up. We used Maid Day for a first-time cleaning, and they made our house sparkle! Sandra and Erika were very thorough, and they enjoyed meeting our daughter. We did three monthly cleanings after that, and though the house looked great, it wasn't as amazing as that first-time cleaning. I'd give them five stars for the first-time cleaning and wish we could recreate that with each visit. I've managed to keep up more since our baby started taking two long naps a day, but we plan to call them if and when things get too busy for cleaning again. The house was not to a move in standard, it was two women who came to clean and they did a great job, their supervision came out to check on them and had them redo some spots then at the end of the day sent them home and he actually continued to clean. I have been using Maid Day for almost 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They do a great job of cleaning but if you aren't happy with something after a cleaning, you can call them and they will come back out and fix it that same day. This has only happened once or twice where they forgot to clean a window and I was so impressed by their quick response. When I walk in my place, it always looks and smells great and my hardwood floors shine. Also, a very nice woman whose name I have forgotten (sorry!) will text me the night before to let me know when the two women will be arriving the next day and often, if I ask, will let me know when they have left. To be very honest, we hesitated when we first hired Maid Day, simply because there are so many cleaning companies with much more reviews. However, I'd say that one of the owners, Keene, has done a great job of explaining things to us while going through the estimates. Although he is very young, he knew how to talk to people. And he provided the quoted price for the 1st cleaning, with necessary explanations, within the time frame he promised. The 1st cleaning went smoothly. The 2-lady crew arrived on time and spent 4.5 hours in our house. My family members are quite picky when it comes to house cleaning, but the crew did a great job, especially in the kitchen. Kneene stopped by briefly as well, and instructed his crew, which had saved lots of our efforts. After 4.5 hours, yes indeed we could still find some spots that they might have been able to further patch up if there was more time, but our overall feeling was that the house had been cleaned quite well (Kneene called our house to be a "very clean" one when he did the estimate), so we signed up for their regular cleaning service. Based on our experience, we'd recommend Maid Day for their professional and friendly cleaning service to anyone with needs. We hope they can keep up the good work. read more

They did a good job with cleaning. The problem with their service is reliability. I started service about 1.5 months ago, with biweekly cleanings in Woodbridge. When I arranged the initial cleaning, it went well. The next scheduled cleaning, however, did not. First, the next cleaning fell on a holiday (Thanksgiving) so I spent several days prior to that cleaning, trying to reach someone to see whether they were going to reschedule. I did not hear back until Wednesday evening (late evening), saying that they would have to reschedule. The following scheduled cleaning, I had to once again phone them to see whether they were coming because I did not receive a confirmation call or anything. Like the last cleaning, they phoned me back at the ninth hour. Finally, this week's cleaning was scheduled for Thursday, I received a text message from them yesterday telling me that they are changing my biweekly cleanings to once a month and that they moved my next cleaning for 1/5. The reason I was given was that most of their clients in the Woodbridge area cancelled or moved their cleanings to once a month, and that essentially, it was not worth it to them to come to my home biweekly. Very unprofessional, and to do this before the holiday, I have no words. I had to scramble to find another service. read more

These ladies are superb! I recently got a one time cleaning and they did an amazing job. When I made my appointment, I was hesitant to leave my keys to someone I never met before so they came to personally meet me and asked if there's any specific area I want them to focus on. That meeting really help me build that trustworthy relationship with them. The day of cleaning was hassle less. I came back home to a clean house. They cleaned very thoroughly using eco friendly products but on top of that they cleaned our trash, made our bed, and some other extra nice touches were given to the house.
