We're getting ready to sell our condo and Maria did a fantastic job on the move out clean. Not a bit of dust was left in our windows or on the light fixtures. The calcium buildup on our shower doors is virtually gone. Our fridges and kitchen cabinets have been wiped clean. Everything looks shiny and new. We would definitely recommend their services!

I am so grateful to Maid express. We had a friend come to town and didn't have time to deep clean our house before he came to stay. I decided to give Maid Express a try and I am so pleased! I had Aurora come to my house and she did a magnificent job. I wasn't able to be home so I left the key under the mat and left her a note with special requests and everything went effortlessly. We just had a deep cleaning with the crew from Maid Express. They were completely amazing! They were on time, kind, hard working, meticulous, and left our house so clean and shiny. A few notable examples: we squeak when we walk on the floors; every window is clean inside and out; the window tracks are clean and shiny; the blinds are dust-free! I'd recommend Maid Express to ANYONE looking for a deep clean and then to continue on a regular cleaning schedule. We're starting bi-weekly cleaning in 2 weeks. I bought my first home and saying the place needed to be cleaned in an understatement. I messaged them and they came over on short notice. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. They did a deep clean for my home and I was extremely happy with their work. My wife was happy too, which is high praise as well cause she's picky. So there you go. Call them up. read more

Maria did great job! I asked her deep cleaning because my moved in place wasn't even clean so dusty and dirty .. I couldn't even breathe!! So I had to wearing the mask when I'm sleeping:( what a disaster !! I did clean as much as I could, but it was ridiculous so landlord allowed me to hire professional cleaning and I choose Maria by five star rate at Yelp! She showed up on time and she and another lady cleaned my whole unit. We had hard time for windows and screen, but got it all. I love the part of her was She even did the part I said it's not necessary!! I recommend to everyone:) read more

Awesome job on our first cleaning! The girls were very Efficient and worked very hard non stop to get our place into tip top shape! Our new home needed a deep cleaning and that's what it got. We will now have them come every two weeks to clean our house. Working and taking care of a baby does not make it easy to keep things neat and tidy all the time but now.... what a Relief! I highly recommend Maid Express. I was able to get service scheduled the same week I called. The ladies, Denise and Lucy were out today to clean our new home and they did an awesome job. They worked efficiently and were very thorough. The price was comparable to the cleaning service we received before moving to Fallbrook. I've had Maid Express to my home monthly the since the fall and am so happy I found them. Denise and Lucy were out again today and worked nonstop to get my house clean from top to bottom. Maria and her team do fantastic work. With short notice they completed a very big job on time, and the quality of their cleaning was exceptional. This was a move-out cleaning of an 8000 square foot home with 3 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and 7 baths. The attention to detail was evident from the first room cleaned to the last. Scheduling was a breeze (owner incredibly responsive and made it as uncomplicated as possible)- gave me some options, I picked a time, and they showed up within a minute of the stated hour. Excellent crew- quick, thorough, professional, got literally everything done perfectly within the exact stated time slot. My experience was I messaged them yesterday and corresponded with Maria right away. I told her my availability and that worked for her. Two ladies Stella and Denise came today and did an amazing job. They were punctual, professional and had amazing work ethic. This company is everything you could wish for a 5 star review. For payment they take cash, card or checks. These ladies cleaned my home like the day I moved in and were so courteous. They made me feel very comfortable and I am excited to be a long term customer every two weeks! I'm a picky cleaner and in the military the only reason I'm not cleaning is because I'm pregnant and can't stand the smell of dishes or laundry right now. They cleaned the entire restrooms from top to bottom inside and out. The bedroom included mirrors, windows, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. The kitchen and office are spotless. I feel like I could eat off the floor. This allowed me to go through my clothes that I don't need anymore shred papers and get caught up on life. If you're looking for an amazing experience for an affordable price this is the place to go! read more

The only reason I didn't give this company 5 stars is because both times I've used them they've shown up an hour late. Other than that they did an impeccable job! My son also uses this company and is impressed with their work as well. Neomi and Briana were very polite and I will be requesting them next time. I highly recommend this company. read more

I hope this situation was a good learning experience for them. Arrive when you say you are going to arrive and be communicative with your customers. After reading the unfortunate response from ownership, their unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept responsibility for mistakes forces me to advise against hiring this company for your home cleaning needs.

Just bought a 15-year-old home in Valley Center, and the previous owners left all their dust, dirt and grime behind. Before we moved the furniture in, we had Maid Express come to do a top-to-bottom cleaning. All I can say is "Wow, what an exceptional job they did!" Many thanks to Blanca, Erika, Lucy and Denise for an all-day event. They took their time to clean every cabinet, every corner, every bathroom, every blind throughout the house, and everything is shining from the chandeliers to the stairway spindles.
