First let me describe the scene, my mother was a hoarder, and she was living with another hoarder in a two-story townhouse. When she was unable to live alone, we needed to sell the house and move her closer to me. Once everything was removed the house was filthy. I mean absolutely disgusting, like to the point that even taking a shower didn't make you feel clean. This is when I decided I need professional help cleaning the house before putting it on the market. I reached out to Mari and her team from Rancho Bernardo Maids to assist and I can honestly say this was the best decision I have since returning to Poway. Mari was my contact person and was able to answer any and all questions I had. She was the nicest person and very professional. She was able to come by and look over the house and give me several quotes for different amounts of work to ensure that I could stay within my budget. Their level of cleaning was beyond anything I originally imagined even for the deep cleaning. They moved the fridge, stove and cleaned under all the appliances. Every nook and cranny were nice and clean, so I felt safe to cook in the kitchen again. The bedrooms were dusted, wiped and vacuumed. The bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized and they even put a little heart sticker on the toilet paper (it was freaking adorable). The house from top to bottom looked and smelled like a new house, hardly recognizable. TLDR; Ranch Bernardo Maids were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Efficient and fairly priced. I've been having them clean my house now for about 2 months and I'm very pleased with their quality of work. They cleaned under my couch, my fridge shelves, the walls were wiped down, just everywhere that I wouldn't have expected because I never had my other company go to this extent. I had family visitng for a week and needed my house to be cleaned before they got here. I tried cleaning it myself, but find myself overwhelmed a lot. I called "The Maids of San Diego" to see if they could fit me in that same week. They were able to schedule me for the exact day I was hoping. I moved in my house a year ago, the service who did the "move in" cleaning didn't do as good of a job and there wasn't any furniture in the house to deal with. They did a very good job, even helped me organize a few things making the place look that much better. I 1000% recommend them and know I'll be using them again. read more

I will say, we don't keep messy houses per say, but each time Maids of San Diego have done such a great job, we walk in and say Wow. They show up when they say they will, the price is what they quote, even if they stay later than they intend, and the end result is always fantastic.
