Patrick gave me a great quote, he was on time, easy going and did a great job. He uses dry carpet cleaning so the carpet is ready to walk on immediately. He was get rid of some of the bad stains. There are a few heavy stains that were very old, while can't get rid of them completely... he managed to get then much lighter. Really happy to work with him! read more

Patrick has the most reasonable prices which are also transparent (very important!) and is very quick to respond in the scheduling process! Via messaging, he is all business, but he was so nice and easy to talk to in person! I let him into my 2 bed condo, and 1 he later he was done. I was able to pay remotely, which I appreciated as I was out running errands. He is dedicated to the job and was flexible when issues arose (issues that weren't his fault). He did a great job cleaning for my move-out and got marks out that were from the last owners that I didn't think would come out! I would recommend Patrick and Green Planet to anyone! HOST® Dry Extraction Cleaner is a soft, natural product that is environmentally responsible and works in much the same way as an ordinary kitchen sponge. Just like you would use a sponge to wipe up a spill, or to wash and absorb dirt from a counter or wall, HOST is used to wash and absorb dirt from your carpet fibers. As with using a kitchen sponge, you want to limit the amount of water you use while cleaning. Think of the carpet pile as a vertical surface, like a wall. If you use too much liquid, it will run down the yarn toward the carpet backing, just as too much liquid runs down a wall. If you allow this dissolved dirt to run down the backing, it can be more difficult to remove and can wick back.
