Excellent and consistent housekeeping!! Marcella is a friendly easy person to work with. I told her my needs, and she sent the perfect housekeeper to help me. I'm disabled and unable to clean my own home. With Maid in Denver, I no longer need to worry about keeping a clean home...they do it all for me! She also offers add on services, which were very important to me. For example, our housekeeper also folds and hangs my laundry...a real life saver around my house! They are also lightening fast! Cleaner spilled bleach on our carpet in front of 4 rooms and I asked owner of Maid in Denver to stop by and see it. She claimed they didn't use bleach which was untruthful and she never came to see damage. I put it thru insurance and her insurance company awarded me over $4000. I want to give the highest review for Maid in Denver! First off, Marcela came to my apt. to give me an estimate. That was much appreciated. Then Alex and her co-worker did such an amazing job. They cleaned my apartment and made it look better than when I moved in. They even did the little things, like putting my pens in the pen holder on my desk and wrapping up the cord around my ear buds! I recently moved from my condo, and needed a deep move out clean. Marcela and her ladies did a WONDERFUL job, from top to bottom. Marcela came out in advance and looked things over, and gave me a quote. I was not present the day they came; they did everything I asked for, including the stove and fridge, and hardwood floors. I would have given the service three stars for being "okay" if the manager had handled my feedback with some concern instead of just refusing to work with me again. The cleaning service wasn't stellar, and I do expect people to provide a really good experience when I'm paying $30/hour to clean a minimally difficult home. The service was again, "okay".
