Set up initial cleaning for $358.00 was told 2 cleaners would arrive at 8 am. I was on a tight schedule and was leaving town that afternoon. They Texted the day before saying they would arrive at 10:00. One cleaner showed up. She was a sweet girl and did a good job. When I set up service we went over ever room in my home, my square footage, and what I wanted done. At the end of my service, she tells me that my dining room and den were not in the original quote! I had a professional photographer coming to the home to take pictures and I explained this when I set up service as I wanted a deep and thorough clean. Very disappointed in how this was managed. Also I am not blaming the cleaner but my sons Ray Bans Sunglasses were on his dresser (he and I both saw them there) and now they are not to be found. Use caution with this company. read more

Scheduled an appointment with them yesterday and spoke to Sonya about the details. Then I get a text hours later while I'm at work asking me for payment to confirm the appointment the next day. That was not explained to me and I do not feel comfortable being charged for services that have not been rendered. I have no problem paying once services have been rendered but this was not communicated to me and I do not appreciate Sonya leaving that detail out. FANTASTIC cleaners!!! I called only a week before I needed the apartment cleaned, and they were able to accommodate me. I just recently moved here for work and needed a move in cleaning service. They were quick but diligent, and really deep cleaned the kitchen and bathroom areas.The bathroom smelled wonderful and they were able to clean the shower very well. My least favorite part about cleaning. Also, in general the cleaning team was super nice and professional - and asked us to check before they left to make sure everything was up to par. This cleaning service provided us a beyond expectation customer service. It's our first time using a home cleaning service since we moved to Texas. They were on time, explained us what service we could order extra. My house felt like it was a hotel! I liked that they used fabuloso to mop! It's my favorite scent. We got our fridge and oven cleaner extra. Which was 10 dollars extra per. We also ordered a handyman service to mount our TV, a few days later too. Johnny did a great job with it. He shook my hand and introduced himself, and then we did a very quick walkthrough so that he could give me a time estimate on how long it would take him to complete his work. I left the house on errands and arrived back within 30 minutes of his completion. He had me walk around and showed me how he'd cleaned the ovens and the microwave. We purchased a home and requested the move in cleaning service. The pro is that they were able to accommodate us within a week and were understanding when the garage code information we were given by the prior owners for accessing the home turned out to be wrong. The cons to the service is that nothing was actually cleaned. There were still cobwebs in the pantry, bedroom corners and windows. The fridge shelves and drawers were not cleaned and the cupboards still had a layer of dust and coffee grounds in them. My husband did a walk through and requested the cupboards be recleaned but failed to check them. They are quite clear in the requirements to do a walkthrough and we obviously were not thorough enough in ours and did not open ever cupboard and drawer. We assumed the items on the list were cleaned. When we contacted them to advise of our additional findings we were told they would send someone right over. After waiting two hours we canceled as we had plans for the day. Very frustrating. If you plan on using them, bring a white glove and be ready to wait while they reclean everything. As others have mentioned, you will have to point out a lot of items to be recleaned that you shouldn't have to. read more

I requested a post-remodeling thorough cleaning. Staff were very friendly but simply did not meet expectations. Save money and stress by hiring anyone but this company. First, there was some personal sickness issue where one of the team did not show so a last-minute replacement employee had to be called. Almost two hours later the replacement showed up. In the meantime, the first person had started. I came home after waiting for the estimated finish time I'd been given. I walked in to a flooded kitchen because one had kept water running while going to help the other in another room. I left again and returned about two hours later. Still not finished,so gave them a bit of a hand moving stuff back and forth from one part of room to another. Finally, they said they were supposed to be finished by 6 pm and left with so many unfinished chores. The one thing I had emphasized several times was that I could not clean because of recent hospitalization AND that remodeling had been done so I needed all surfaces dusted and cleaned. Every shelf still had layer of construction dust and some furniture had not been touched. So disappointed. BUT I decided to recommend to a friend because I was impressed with their customers service and reviews were best. Price was not bad. My friend hired them to do a moving out cleaning in his apartment. Kitchen was barely touched. Baseboards and window sills were not done. Bathroom was minimally wiped. Thankfully, he did not need to get a deposit back. Nevertheless, the company did not leave his apartment to his expectations. He spent about 8 hours on top of $200 to clean after the "professionals." And the maid assigned was more than an hour late because she couldn't find the address. She too had to leave at a certain time regardless of not thoroughly cleaning. Shame on me for giving nice, albeit unqualified maid service a second chance. Save your money and find a maid service who is serious about delivering agreed upon service. read more
