Great company! We had about 5 large stains around our apartment from our dog getting sick. They looked and smelled awful. They have vast coverage in the DFW area, so it was great for me since I live outside of most service coverages. So far, I've had 2 deep cleans through Maid Masters and I'm very pleased. Miguel is absolutely the best. He is very professional, courteous and thorough in his work. I work from home, so I was available during the cleaning. He encouraged a walk through so I could show him any problem areas. He explained the type of cleaning products and tools he would use on certain areas that may need special care, such as the range stove stains, pet treatment for carpets and excessive grime on tile grout, and he made sure I was okay with it. Compared to others, the tools Miguel used l much more professional, which seemed to be more efficient since he took less time for the same level of clean than others have accomplished in the past. This company is has a pay first policy and it's simply because they will not come back if the costumer is dissatisfied. Which I indeed most definitely was. After I got home expecting the cleaner to still be present being she was cleaning a 3000 square-foot home I was disappointed to find various obvious items not cleaned. After I sent very obvious pictures to the representative she brushed me off and never followed up by sending her back to complete the job. Left me feeling very ripped off. After she quoted me over the phone, I even offered pictures of my home so she could see exactly what she was dealing with in size. This way there were no surprises and she was certain of what she should of been charging or been able to bid appropriately. Even if it was more then 165.00, I wanted them to know what they were dealing with because I wanted the best clean I could get and wanted them to be prepared. I new it was a lot of space to cover and I told her 2 people would be best. I don't mind paying the money all I wanted was it done right. Their move out package was fairly priced and we decided to book with them because of pricing and appointment availabilities. I called two companies before but they were fully booked. Two cleaners came to our residence and arrived on time. Our home looked a lot better after they were done. Everything was wiped down and the floors look great. I don't like using cleaning services, especially having had bad experiences with a few in the past. I wanted my dad to come home to a spotless, clean house since he works late shifts and I work during the day so neither of us have time to clean. I decided to give Maid Masters a try. They were punctual (housekeeper gave me a call 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know she was almost there). I wasn't able to be present during the cleaning, but the housekeeper was patient enough to wait for me to come home and do a walk-through with her to make sure everything was in order and to my liking. Maid Masters provided an exceptional cleaning job on my apartment. I also got a cleaning extra for the oven and fridge since I haven't cleaned them since I moved in. The cleaner was cleaning for 3 hours. The way she made the bed was just like how you see them at hotels! I liked that part the most, when everything is neatly folded and placed in a symmetric line!!! I hadn't ever used a cleaning service and was looking forward to our deep cleaning. Overall, they were very professional and walked me through everything before and after. However, I have to say I was left disappointed with the overall thoroughness of the cleaning. Throughout the whole thing it seemed like they were in a hurry and rushed through it. I was surprised it only took them 1.5hrs to clean a 1600 sq. ft. house. During the walk through, I noticed a lot of dust/hair left on the baseboards and they immediately jumped to re-do it--thank you! But, even after they re-did it there were still spots on the baseboards. I wasn't sure if my expectations were just too high, so I looked again at the list of items cleaned during a deep cleaning, and baseboards are on there! Also, I later noticed they didn't dust the blinds, didn't clean under the furniture, and missed several spots on the floor in the kitchen. There were also a few areas that needed cleaning that they weren't able to get with their products (shower mildew and a stain on the tile). I was grateful that they pointed it out to me, but I would have expected a cleaning company to be able to clean them. They shared that the home will gradually get cleaner with every clean and after a few months will be spotless. Maybe that's true with them, but that's not what I wanted to pay almost $300 for. I'll try a house cleaning again but I won't use Maid Masters. read more

Amazing, First of all the cleaner worked late on a FRIDAY night !!! It was essential cause we were going to have guests on Saturday morning and I as ususal remembered Friday afternoon. They were still able to accomadate my last minute request and the cleaner came at 6pm sharp. She spent 3 hours cleaning the place , most of the time was spent in making the bathrooms spotless... but the amount of time taken definately justified the quality of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM!! I scheduled them for a deep house cleaning and a steam cleaning 2 weeks in advance. I have new tenants moving into my house and I needed to have it cleaned thoroughly before move in date. I wanted to be sure there was no chance of not having a crew available, so that's why I scheduled so far in advance. I thought I was being prudent, but boy was I wrong. I should have known this was a scam when, at the time of scheduling, the nice lady on the phone said I needed to pre-pay the $530 UP FRONT. I have never had a maid service require payment prior to the service being delivered. I asked about that and she said they've had some clients that never paid after the work was done, so that's why they charge up front. Ok, I should have immediately said no thank you and found another company. However, I was swayed by the good reviews on YELP, so I went along and pre-paid. Well wouldn't you know it, they took my money and NO SHOW. I called a day prior to the appointment to confirm. I figured this was prudent, as I had scheduled so far in advance and also since I pre-paid, I had the feeling it was wise to confirm. So, I called the only number they have and left a message. No response. I called two more times that day, and no response. The outgoing message says customers can text, so it must be a cell #. So, I texted them and no response. 2 more texts, no response. The morning of, I called 3 times and texted and no response. I'm sitting at the house right now, and it is now well beyond the scheduled time. NO SHOW. I paid via credit card to their PayPal account, so not sure if this is going to be a hassle or not to get my money back from the credit card company. Now I'm in a lurch and need to find another company on very short notice to do the cleaning before my tenants move in. What a disappointment and huge let down considering the Yelp reviews. Nothing against Yelp, as Yelp has helped me out with very solid, reputable companies over the years, but I can only assume that these positive reviews were all part of the scam. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER CLEANING COMPANY. DO NOT BE SWAYED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! AGAIN, THIS IS A SCAM. UPDATE: They finally texted me this evening telling me they were refunding my money and blaming it on an IT issue that prevented them from accessing their schedule. That doesn't explain why they couldn't at least return my phone calls and text messages to give me the courtesy of letting me know that they weren't going to show up. Service was incomplete despite paying $175 for a deep clean. Main furniture pieces were left undusted (bedside tables, coffee table, dresser). Bedspread was not put back on the bed. Toilets were not cleaned well (gross!) Water spots were left on the shower. Parts of the floors were not swept and mopped. Those that were mopped were left with large amounts of water on them that then dried with water spots. Very disappointed. The yelp reviews for this company were great, so not sure what happened with our home. read more

It's been about a week since my cleaning service and I feel like I should give potential customers some advice. First, the company was very responsive and booked an appointment to fit my schedule. I appreciated that; however, the cleaning person that came to my house was inexperienced and did not complete all the tasks outlined in the agreement. In my opinion, it was a rush job because the person left in a short amount of time without doing a final walk through with me. Unfortunately, I had to spend additional time recleaning what should have already been cleaned. I used a housecleaning service before I moved to Dallas, so I'm familiar with how the process works. I advise potential customers to request a cleaner who has been with the company for at least six months and has experience. I just moved in my apartment and was not satisfied with the way the property management cleaned it. I get OCD sometimes, with that said I get really irritated when something is really dirty. I called Maid Masters thought I'd explain that I really need a deep clean at my apartment. I was kind of bummed when they said they don't do deep cleaning but explained what they usually do for their move in package. I booked an appointment anyway since no one else was available on the same day. I got to meet the cleaners that came and pointed out exactly what my concerns are. I waited and checked up on them an hour later and seemed like they were ok and still trying. I stepped out a little bit to do some errands and soon enough they called me to say that they are almost done. I rushed home because I wanted to make sure everything was done right before I agree to let them go. It was surprisingly satisfying they even changed the sheets on my bed and organized my bathroom items, felt like a hotel service. I was really excited to use Maid Masters since the reviews looked so good. However, I let the cleaner off way too easily when I came back home to lock my apartment again. I should have looked closer at his work. On closer inspection, the floors he said he swept were still dusty and dirty. I had to re-clean the tub because it was done so poorly. He put a frying pan in the oven while cleaning the stovetop, which I was unaware of until I turned the oven on to bake something and smelled a burning pan. Whatever he cleaned the burners with still smells like nasty chemicals every time we turn them on after a week of using them. Im just not even sure what I paid for! Don't be fooled by the vacuum lines and cleaner smell when you walk in to your place!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR COMPANY. We hired them for a move out cleaning service and carpet cleaning. Our cleaning 'crew' showed up an hour late and consisted of what appeared to be a family that had two young teenagers as their cleaning staff. We provided an itemized list of items to be cleaned including ceiling fans, baseboards, basic appliances, etc during our move out pre-cleaning meeting. We were not satisfied with the results and reached out to the company to find some sort of resolution. They blamed me, a Kindergarten teacher, and said the job they did was satisfactory. I provided them with several photos of the areas that we were not cleaned. The oven hood was untouched, the baseboards were not cleaned, the tile was sticky, the list goes on and on. I have emailed the company several times and have yet to hear anything back from them. We paid $345.00 for the services that were not rendered. As a teacher, I work very hard for my money and do not appreciate how this company, their customer service representatives, supervisors, et al have treated my family. My mom ordered their cleaning service for our home and two cleaners assigned to our home did an amazing job. The house looked very spotless. They clean things like our candle holder that I never thought they would even clean. The cleaners also cleaned inside our oven and fridge. They were able to get out all the hardened grease spots in our oven, which was always a pain to clean. The house never looked better.
