The work he did in my kitchen, guest and master baths, and on my fireplace all turned out great. When unanticipated obstacles arose (like issues with plumbing inside walls), he simply fixed the problems. We made many smaller changes to the agreed-on work - mostly additions to what we agreed to originally - and had no issue agreeing to a final bill. He's just a very reasonable person. He was on time every day of the project and worked full days. He wore a face mask from start to finish. When I called Floro about my scratched tub, he hung up on me. A few months after the tile installation, we knew something was wrong when we saw water leaks on the ceiling of the room below the recently tiled bathroom. The plumber we hired said the height of the tile prevented the toilet from being installed correctly: the stack needed to be extended. Essentially, the water was leaking into the subfloor. When I called Floro about the toilet being installed incorrectly and that I had to hire a plumber to fix the problem, he said "what can I say" and hung up again on me. I suggest you think twice before working with this group.

The "rough" prices he threw out at the end of my visit were not that great. I left feeling like I wasted my time. I did not see other clients getting good assistance of follow up either.
