I tried Rosy's house cleaning. What a disaster!! She barely speaks English. She was rude. Then, her husband called me yelling " I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE". He made threats. I called the police. Maid Pro's is a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company. If you have valuables, you want a company that is licensed and bonded, so if something gets broken you have recourse. You want the workers drug tested, so they are less likely to steal your possessions for drug money . And you want the help to be evaluated, to eliminate problems with lazy workers, like Rosie! MAID PRO'S cost a few bucks more( $10.00). BUT WHAT A DIFFERENCE. They call you to remind you they are coming. They show up on time. They do the work with a smile. The speak ENGLISH. Absolutely disappointed with Maid Pro. The original clean was not what I would expected for a deep cleaning. I had dirty floors, dirty light switches, dirty fans, dirty kitchen counters, dirty toilets etc.. even though they advertise deep cleaning from top to bottom. Maid Pro did come back out and reclean for free which was better than the first cleaning as they specifically focused on my descriptive areas that I requested to be cleaned again. I wish I could say the second cleaning restored my faith in this company however there is still visible dirt on certain light switches and where the sliding back door is. The floors they said they cleaned several times and that I would need to have professionally cleaned, I decided to give it a shot mopping myself only to have dirt lift right off the floor displaying to me that they didnt even try. For the amount I paid to clean a empty, freshly painted house with a deep clean I am unfortunately not impressed. I would not recommend Maid Pro for cleaning services. read more

Well, where do I start... The cleaning was not worth the original quote at all and the company had the nerve to ask for overtime. I should have known that the job was not going to be thorough when the owner quoted me for 3 hours to clean a 2500 square foot home...with several room areas. What was I thinking?? They try to make it seems as if you will be getting 6 hours of cleaning but it is actually only 3 hours with two ladies. The job was super rushed...wood floors were improperly mopped and sounded sticky as if they cleaned them with sugary syrup. I thought that it was just the wood floors until we stepped foot on the tile...same thing. What a mess! My night stands and dressers were not wiped properly and the blinds were cleaned with what seemed to be a dirty cloth. There was hair all over the blinds and dust smeared everywhere. The wood stairs had white particles all over them as if they were cleaned with a cheap lint filled mop. The dining tables were not cleaned at all and they still had stains all over them that I had to wipe off. Wow! Should I go on?!? The owner called to ask if areas needed to re-cleaned after a couple of days instead but why not do it right the first time? If you want your home thoroughly cleaned without bait/switch or it being a rush job....choose elsewhere. These people are a joke. And.....wasted no time in calling to ask for payment. read more

Maidpro is affordable and honest! I was unable to be at my home due to going into labor the morning my apt was scheduled. It was important to me to make sure my home was nice and clean for when I arrived home with my new bundle of joy so of course I wanted to keep my apt and not reschedule. I left behind a check for the quote I was given and the key to my home. I came home to my house Very neat and clean. I received a phone call a day later explaining that the maids were actually able to clean my home quicker than the quote I was given and that they would be issuing me a refund because I had over paid. I had the worst experience ever with Maid Pro in Temecula. I understand that a quote has to be made over phone which is fine, and any extra will be added after looking at home. First they were over half hour late with no phone call, second they sent one young lady there alone to start. She informed me that she doesn't have any details. Which shouldn't happen because it would be nice for me to know any extra fees that will be added before work starts so I won't come back to home with a big unknown bill. I called the office to inquire on when others will arrive, I got ,they should be there and they will instruct other girl to stop if she started. Which she didn't, thank goodness. Ok, other two finally arrive and want to start cleaning without having a walk thru with me. I had to instruct and lead her on all that should be happening. She started naming off so much they don't do to how much extra money added to what little they will do. When she was finished my bill jumped to additional $100 plus and saying that it would take over 8hrs. Which would put me at about $400. At that point I had to give more instruction to please call her company, her response was for me to call. Well, you did the walk thru you should be letting them know what you found. I no longer could take her nasty attitude and lack of professionalism. So I told them I would not be needing their service and why. More attitude so I had to dismiss her out. I still have not received a call or email from Maid Pro to find out why I was not a satisfied customer. There are to many professional, reasonable priced cleaning companies around that also does a good job, that I don't have to be dealing with all of that on top of a move and all else. So to wrap up, I found a company in Old Town that I am more than pleased with and cleaning time for home was 4 hours vice 8, and not almost $400 as Maid Pro. MaidPro was absolutely amazing. My husband and I set up many appointments with individuals who had a "cleaning business" and they would cancel the day of a clean or the day or a consultation. After having this happen with multiple individuals I finally gave MaidPro a call and was not disappointed. We set up our first initial clean which they said would take about 4 hours and Rianna showed up right on time at 9-am. We decided to take the dogs and leave so she wouldn't feel weird having us home. After 4 hours, I received a call saying that they needed an extra 30-minutes and asked if that was okay - so we went ahead and approved the additional time. When we arrived home our house looked amazing! Rianna did such a great job and didn't miss anything - we were super impressed. First time using MaidPro and thought to give them a try since they had good reviews. Oh my what I mistake, i should've just called molly maid (I've used them so many times) I don't know why I wanted to change. Anyway, so they got here late (appt was between 12-2) but that's fine then as soon as they got here they asked me what area I wanted cleaned so I showed them and told them it's already 2:50 so the time started from there but they said no as soon as they walked in that's the time they start ok fine so 2:40 it is. An hour later they were not done with my bathrooms (one lady per bathroom) so from there I knew they won't even get to my 3rd bathroom so I called the office to add another hour! So then they said they can work some at my kitchen...yeah they did one lady worked on my stove and microwave for about 30 minutes?! WTH!!!! The worst part they did a horrible job cleaning on my bathrooms. They didn't ask me if I wanted to check their work they said their time is up they have to go and left and of course I gave them tip. When I checked their works obsolutely unacceptable!!!! I could've done better than that and can't even tell what they cleaned! Paid $207 plus tip for 2 1/2 hrs (2 ladies)?! What a waste!!!!! My husband and I are very displeased with the lack of care and professionalism of this company and its staff. To begin with, they are very expensive when compared to other surrounding cleaning companies; which we thought would offer us exceptional care when cleaning on and around our belongings. The first cleaning was over $300 dollars and when the crew left we found the baseboards, blinds and shelves hadn't been cleaned. The next cleaning, I found that a special bird sculpture of mine had been broken. The cleaning ladies didn't have the professionalism or courtesy to share with us what had happened and to express their apologies. This cleaning again being pricey and cost $290. After the last and most recent cleaning, I saw that my dryer top had been damaged. There are two indentations where it appears that hands and feet were rested to clean the shelf behind. Again, demonstrating the cleaning ladies lack of care and professionalism, this was not brought to my attention when it happened. This is a brand new build that we live in and all our appliances are brand new. There was no damage to my dryer before the ladies cleaned my house. I attempted to share this with Elia and she expressed her concern, but it's been a few weeks now and I've received no other correspondence. Again, we paid $290 for this subpar cleaning. If you value your home and its belongings, I suggest that you look elsewhere when seeking a professional cleaning company to clean your house. I am attaching a photo to demonstrate the poor care my belongings received when the ladies cleaned our home. They will not be invited to return as I have halted any future cleanings. read more

My call was taken by Zach and he explained their services. He was very accommodating and friendly. We needed a Saturday job, and they are normally closed Saturday. Maidpro did all they could to get us in on Saturday. Gabby and Jocelyn did a wonderful job cleaning our large, messy, home that we are prepping to list. Very professional and thorough. They did miss a few shutters, and I had asked to have the walls wiped/dusted, but they didn't do that as far as I can see. I was told after the fact that they can only go as high as their 2-step stool reaches. That is fine, but I guess I didn't communicate my needs clearly enough. The owner, Elia called me to ask if they could stay longer for an additional charge, which I approved. That's how bad it was! The 2 of them were in our home for almost 7-8 hours.
