I believe cleaners lied to avoid being fired after they damaged bathroom equipment and nearly crushed my Dad's hearing aids. It was a while ago, and VERY unlike the half dozen other visits we had with MaidPro. My sister reviewed them highly on here, in fact. I wrestled with the decision to write this review. They were rushing to "clean" (nothing was cleaned, but plenty was damaged). They broke the shower head in my Dad's bathroom and knocked his $3,000 hearing aids on the floor. Admittedly, my Dad lost his (awful) temper on them and yelled that people in their profession should never be so careless. However, the cleaner was six inches away from stepping on the dropped aid. After that, the cleaners claimed we had an insect infestation and they said the company required them to leave immediately. Despite that requirement, they claimed to see bugs in two rooms - "seeing" bugs in one and then moving on to "clean" another. The agency charged the full amount and claimed we'd need to go through an extermination before they'd return. We monitored for insects, which we would have seen if they were as rampant as claimed, but saw NOTHING. Five people live here, and no one has seen bugs. I personally search for cat toys under everything in our kitchen at least weekly. No proof, but I'm convinced they lied. read more

My maid pro service was far better than I anticipated. Both Jalisa and Marta did an excellent job cleaning my home and were very nice and friendly too. I highly recommend this company and will be utilizing their services for future cleanings. read more

Had a horrible experience with MaidPro. They didn't follow my instructions and left my home without completing basic cleaning, Management was really difficult to work with when trying to schedule a reclean or refund. they are also more expensive than others. read more

This was my first experience with a housecleaning service ... ever. I am a retired Senior Citizen and decided that it was about time to get someone else to do this for me. I was impressed with the initial telephone call setting up the service. And then when Keyla Arias, the Pro who showed up, arrived precisely on time, I was impressed further. She was extremely professional and thorough, and kept busy all the time she was here. Before she left, she asked me to check out the rooms to make sure her work had been satisfactory. This was given to us as a gift, horrible, came an hour and a half late, and her partner came later than that. I did a quick looking around my house, my kitchen floor was still dirty, none of my 4 stainless steel appliances were cleaned. MaidPro has been cleaning my house weekly for about 6 months now and the service is great. The girls that they have sent are professional and pretty much have been able accommodate any of my special requests (which i found was not the case with my last porfessional service). Whenever I have had to call the office manager, he has also has been responsive and accomodating. They even offered to send someone for free when I wanted them to pay more attention to my kitchen floor. read more

As a move-in cleaning of new house, the place was completely empty so things like cabinets and floors spshould have been easily done right. But instead they were half cleaned. Microwave not touched. A greasy film left in kitchen. Called for them to come back and it still was not clean. Had to call in someone else to finish the job. Wish I had that 300 back. read more
