It had been over a year since a real deep clean, and they cleaned all the baseboards. The bathrooms needed some work and they look just like new. They moved the furniture and cleaned out all the dust and dirt underneath. They folded my blankets, and cleaned and organized a storage room I said they could just ignore. I used their service for 4 or 5 weeks with a weekly cleaning. It seemed expensive, but as a single mom I really needed help around the house. Christy was a real sweet woman, and clearly a hard worker, but it took her a long time to get through my small house. Again, she's a very hard worker, but I also didn't feel like the kitchen or the floors were ever quite that clean. And I did ask for the beds to be made and sheets to be done, but because she couldn't remove a duvet cover/put duvet cover back on, I ended up having to clean the house again myself the next day and make the beds myself/wash the duvet covers myself. So I spent about $140/wk to do my own house. I will say Christy was amazing at cleaning bathrooms. My bathrooms have NEVER been this clean and I'm going to miss that, but again... not worth the money. The maids have a 2 hour window of when they can be expected to arrive, which I thought was inconvenient and unprofessional. The owner, Anthony, texts you personally. It's weird. He will also hound you to leave reviews, which is why I'm here leaving this very honest, nothing-held-back review when I should be spending these minutes playing with my baby who's being ignored now. If you're reading this, you should probably pick a different maid service. UPDATE: The business posted a response. It's horse shit. Trust me. They never followed up. I have records. They only "followed up" to harass me to post a review. A 4 person team showed up and cleaned for 30 minutes, literally RACING to finish as if I were their last house of the day - not even cleaning my entire place or addressing what I asked to have cleaned. I was still charged the full price for 2 hours of work because 4 cleaners at 30 minutes per cleaner equals 2 hours... That makes no sense and was not relayed up front. She made many excuses for things and refused to accept that she or her crew left spots on my glass stovetop. The DEEP clean was never done. It was a good surface wipe down of things.
