I have had a biweekly cleaning scheduled consistently for the past 6 months. Haven't asked for much change and always get my two cleanings a month - same day, same time. I asked for an EXTRA cleaning this month, so I wanted them to come MORE. The way they entered into their scheduling system deleted my current scheduled time. So to my surprise after I woke up early and spent an hour prepping them to show up at 8 AM, no one came. I called and asked what was going on and I had to follow up twice. They said I wasn't on the schedule until the 29th! I told them I needed it done today and they could not find a way to make that happen for me after I have probably spent close to $10k with the over the past couple years. I have 3 small children so it's not the most convenient to have services like this canceled and then rescheduled. Plus I stripped all my beds and picked up everything for them so they could do a deep clean, all for nothing. Instead of offering any resolution other than "we are sorry, we don't know why this happened", I was pretty disappointed to say the least. Needless to say I will be providing my business elsewhere.

My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. Third, the two high-ceiling windows were never cleaned, yet they still expected full payment. When I asked if the total could be reduced to $400 as a courtesy, I was met with a lot of pushback. She then offered to have her husband come the next day to clean the windows for $100, even though I had originally been quoted $30. Lastly, the cleaning itself was only okay. There were still a few missed spots throughout the house. My advice would be to be cautious of very low initial quotes, because the final price may end up much higher than expected.
