Overall, I thought the service was just okay for the price, and I probably wouldn't hire them again. First, I was quoted $300-$400 for a move-in cleaning, plus an extra $30 to clean two high-ceiling windows after I sent photos. Once they arrived, the quote increased to $450. Second, we had agreed on a specific arrival time, but when I reached out to confirm, she changed it. Thankfully she honored the original time after I pointed it out, but changing the appointment time without asking the customer first was frustrating. Third, the two high-ceiling windows were never cleaned, yet they still expected full payment. When I asked if the total could be reduced to $400 as a courtesy, I was met with a lot of pushback. She then offered to have her husband come the next day to clean the windows for $100, even though I had originally been quoted $30. Lastly, the cleaning itself was only okay. There were still a few missed spots throughout the house. My advice would be to be cautious of very low initial quotes, because the final price may end up much higher than expected. read more

She cancelled on me for a move-out cleaning 30 minutes after she was supposed to arrive. I drove out for the cleaning and she didn't have the courtesy to at least let me know ahead of time. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Do not book her unless you literally can sit around waiting all day and have nothing going on in your life, as she clearly makes commitments she can't keep, is very poor at scheduling and time management, or both. I understand life happens and things come up, but to not communicate until 30 minutes after the agreed upon arrival time? There's no excuse for that. 100% do not recommend. read more

Sofia was extremely responsive and, after comparing several options, the most affordable by far. My mom even paid extra for additional cleaning, but honestly their standard package already covers a lot of items really well. I have had a regular vendor I usually use, but I still preferred Sofia and her team's service. The actual cleaning was fine. Not spectacular but fine. The issue was the setup. I was quoted a range in price (high and low) and based on how clean or dirty the place was, the price was going to go up. My apartment, which I've personally lived there for 2 years, was pretty clean already. Still they made up excuses to raise the price to the max. They said the cabinets had grease on them but it didn't because the cleaners didn't spend any time on cleaning the cabinet fronts. They said the restrooms were very dirty but they didn't spend much time on them. They didn't clean the shower heads. The cleaners did not substantially make the apartment much cleaner than it was before so I would not use them again. Had they just been upfront about the pricing, I probably would have left it and not bothered with writing a negative review. read more

Really great deep clean in the beginning and for about half a year good routine cleaning every three weeks. Toilets were not scrubbed so I still had to do under the rim, myself. Of late they have skipped our service at least 5 times. I'm glad they are busy with higher paying clients but I've never had a service provider just blow me off. We always paid on time and tipped. Rip off!! And bad communication skills!!!! $280 for deep clean last month, I thought wow this could be great. Girls were late but fine I can deal. I was fine with the job. But I wouldn't call it deep cleaning. The floors were not mopped and they for sure did not dust!! But I believe in second shots, I thought they just maybe need to know what I would like them to focus on. So I called Sophia again to come on Thursday. We have had one hell of a month with medical conditions in our house and I needed help, I knew my house was not in the best condition, dishes in sink, laundry on the couch, kids toys. I left a note because I couldn't wait for her crew to arrive. This time I did only request a regular clean. In my note I said clean sheets are on top of the dryer for the girls room and king sheets are in laundry basket on couch. I also asked if they could mop the floors and help with dishes. So when Sophia asked me to Zelle her because the job was done, I trusted things would be the same standard! WRONG!!! I came home to my trash at the front door and it leaked everywhere! The dirty dishes were stacked neatly next to sink. The dish washer had dirty dishes with food on them. The OJ my daughter dropped on the door as we were rushing out the door was still sticky on the kitchen floor. The outside of the microwave and grease all over it. two of my kids beds were made. One kids bed had a top sheet and that's it. My bed was made with my old sheets. The bathroom floors still had crumbs and so I know not only was it not mopped but they didn't even sweep. The counter where I have incense had the ashes all over the counter. The sliverware drawer had everything just thrown in and was dirty!!! I text Sophia and said hey I am not happy and I don't believe this was $200 dollars worth of work. Her response I will post in picture. She proceeded to tell me she doesn't do the things I asked for.. what do you do then is my question? The first time I had my apartment clean the girls that came did my dishes and had no problem grabbing sheets from on top of the dryer. When the person who cleaned this time came and saw my note that's when you should have texted me and said I apologize we don't provide these services!! But instead you did a terrible job and took my money!!! Do not pay cash or Zelle this woman. Pay by check so you can stop payment if she does not provide the proper service!! Or better yet don't use her. All her recent reviews are terrible. Her past reviews from years ago are really good. My mistake for wanting to give a small business with bad reviews a shot!!
