Top Boss has been cleaning our home every other week for a little over a year and a half. The communication with owner Lilly is so easy and professional. The team is always so punctual and consistent, which I appreciate so much. They do an excellent job and customize their services to our requests. It's very easy to take care of payment through Venmo. I decided to finally leave a review today because Gabby and Alicia really went above and beyond. I had them skip the main bedroom and bathroom because I was home and wanted to hang out in there. I would have been more than fine with them heading out early once they completed their other usual tasks, but instead I noticed they stayed the full time. When my four kids got home they were so excited to see all the extra effort that was put in in their bedrooms. The team had organized and sorted some of their shelves, cleaned off my teenage son's dresser top, picked up some of the never-ending clutter, and arranged all of their stuffed animals so cute. The little kids were literally jumping up and down with excitement. They really made all of our day! I requested a deep cleaning from Top Boss Cleaning, and was left extremely disappointed with their services. I advised the company that I had a 1650 sq. foot home that needed deep cleaning, including ceiling fans. Lillian promised that her company could easily take care of this. Unfortunately, she was not truthful. Two cleaners were sent to my home for 3 hours. After showing the cleaners the home, nobody advised me that they would be unable to complete the deep cleaning within the 3 hour timeframe. When they left, there was still dust on many surfaces, including under the couch and on our bed frames. My son's play area was not cleaned and our beds were not made. Photos attached. Lillian attempted to send the cleaners back to finish the job, but my husband and I had already started cleaning the issues. Lillian gave us a $20 discount for the incomplete work - disappointing to say the least. We unfortunately cannot recommend this company, and we will not be hiring them again. read more
