This place is fantastic. Kewal works so hard and is so friendly. His staff too, are so friendly and competent - no surprise with such a strong leader. I've used them THREE times for apostille services, and they are a life saver. I'm not sure anyone else in the south bay does that. It's a lot of work - requiring them to make weekly trips to Sacramento. But they get it done on time and it sure beats me having to take the drive. Beware - this shop charged me for a UPS pick-up when they should not have done so. I explained that I am a UPS My Choice Premium member, entitling me to free pick-up, and they refused to believe me. I had to pay to get my package. I complained to UPS, after which UPS sent a letter to the shop reprimanding them for charging me, and UPS refunded my dollars. read more

There was only one staff here the day I stopped by for passport photos. I had called in advance to verify the cost as well as hours, and when I arrived within the last hour to closing, there were two individuals ahead of me for LiveScan, a third individual who dropped off a shipment, and then three individuals behind me for LiveScan and other services. We all waited patiently and probably understood there was nothing to be gained from fussing with the one staff. For passport photos, I was shown several shots the staff took without and with flash. Staff then prepared and printed the photo I chose to fit passport parameters. I paid in cash to avoid a credit card surcharge passed onto the customer (a notice is posted on the wall about this), but I had to double check the cost when the staff gave me too little change (he corrected himself and clarified the passport photo cost differs for USA vs other nations). I have yet to mail in my passport application but hope the photos suffice-- will post an updated review if issues arise with the passport photos taken. read more

I came in for last minute urgent visa photo. The business has up to date camera system and quality printing. It is a time saver in making sure the country's visa photo requirements are met. The plus is that the owner offers flexibility to come back for retake if the photos were not accepted. The only suggestion I have is to disclose the fees for the services and confirm with the customers first. Otherwise, the convenience and availability are worth the visit. read more

For some reason my Amazon package was delivered to the Mail All Center in Mtn View on Cuesta ( Blossom Hill Shopping Center). First of all, I didn't know this was an option, but I am glad this happened. I went to get my package and I was greeted at the door by the new owner, Patel. What a pleasant experience! I always dreaded going into this place because of the cranky old couple that ran the place until recently. Patel is so friendly and eager to please. I visited this location on Monday, June 26th, and was immediately greeted by two employees upon entering the store. I must have hit a slow period during the day as I didn't have to wait for service. I was there for LiveScan fingerprinting. Their store rate of $15 was way more reasonable than other businesses, like UPS who charges $45! I came in with my filled out paperwork and was advised up front about the store rate and application fee (application fees are charged by the relevant department for which you need the LiveScan). Both employees were really friendly while assisting with the fingerprinting. The whole process was really quick. I will definitely be back for future services. read more
