Went this morning for a blood test my place of employment requires. It's located in a rickety old building that looks questionable. Check in was easy. The guy (forgot his name) who drew my blood was excellent. Whenever I get my blood drawn, they usually have a very difficult time finding my veins. This guy had no problem finding a vein and the procedure was painless. I usually feel the needle being jabbed in and they sometimes have to do it 2x. Kudos to this employee for being skilled and professional! read more

Went here for a blood draw. Their address is a little difficult to find, the map takes you inside the lane all the way to the end, however the clinic is at the beginning of that lane. The draw itself was easy and smooth, however they shipped my sample at least by a day late, which delayed my overall result! read more

It is my pleasure to write a review for this place. I was here years ago/pre Covid days and always had a positive experience. This new experience was no different. I came for a skin TB test. I was greeted by Paulo and his wonderful smile. He helped me register on the tablet since I was not in the system any longer. I paid for my services and had absolutely no wait. Liezl the nurse was ready for me. She did the test and I was on my way. Liezl was both friendly and efficient. Today I returned as needed for the TB test to be read. I was given my paperwork and again I was on my way. "Easy peasy" as they say. Both these employees get kudos from me for a job well done. Keep up the good work. read more

Operator allowed a walk in interrupt my Livescan by tending to her inability to work the electronic check in (I made a mistake how do I back up?) then ask inane questions during my Livescan. Then finally when I was done this client asked me inappropriate questions about the job I was being fingerprinted for: how much are you paid? Woman had a few screws loose surely but the operator should have told her to take a seat and be quiet when she was having challenges working the check in machine! Really my LiveScan went well even with the substandard scanner being used! read more

I'm sure they've been more available before but I arrived at 10:30am for a 10:40am appointment. I waited and knocked and no one was here. A woman, her husband, and their child came at 10:39am. A Fed ex employee came by maybe 10:50am and then an older gentleman by 10:52 ish. Anyways none of us got our appointments. Disappointed. HORRIBLE. Please believe all the 1 star reviews, esp for blood draws. The nurse clearly did not know how to draw blood, she tried with one arm, blew the vein, tried another vein on that arm, blew it too, tried 3 veins in the other arm, blew all of them. that is FIVE pokes and NONE of them were successful. And EACH of them were extremely painful -- never had pain like that from a blood draw. Never had more than 1 poke for a blood draw. I went to hospital and despite my arms covered in bruises like the photos below, they got it in 1 poke and I felt nothing. This place has taught me there's a first time for anything. What is worse is I'm still numb in my dominant arm after getting the draw done a month ago. If there is a place to fire someone or at the very least, train their employees to avoid these issues, I plan on being the first to submit. Don't go here if you want to keep the functioning of your arm and don't want your arms covered in bruises. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. Conducted my entire physical and TB testing in the waiting room!! TOLD ME TO COME BACK BECAUSE the nurse on duty didn't know how to appropriately do blood drawn's she pricked me four DIFFERENT TIMES. resulting in me losing blood onto the floors, the chair, and her gloves. Mind you she continuously kept dropping all her materials and picking them back up off the floor with dirty BIOHAZARD-OUS gloves. Touching the entire administration office area well my blood was still left on her gloves-- she was assisting another patient. I cannot believe the experience that I had there was real. She then told me that she didn't know how to draw blood so she told me to go to quest diagnostics instead to see if they could do it-- this was for my on boarding for my employer and I was told three different times at this wellness mart to come back another day because the Doctor Who was on duty didn't know how to perform the test. Update: because she pricked me so many times my inner arms are extremely bruised- not even to mention I have never had a blood drawn so painfully done.I am a very patient person and it unfortunately got to me and I broke down in my car after leaving, because of how much discomfort I was in but also the inexperience of nurses that are hired at every WellnessMart. When I was 10 minutes away from my home - thankfully my partner was driving, but I had lost consciousness. I really hope that this nurse did not permanently damage my veins inside my arm. I continuously go to hospitals and doctors because I have prior heath concerns but throughout many years of getting blood drawn I have never had an experience that has left me so violated and traumatized. For anyone thinking of giving it a try and being optimistic that your visit will be smooth. Please spare yourself the possible mental, physical, emotional, and internal complications. We go to heath care professionals TO SEEK HELP. Not to cause more complications. Please, as someone who is also in the health care department (specifically emergency first responder) if you're not committed or passionate about helping people please do not come into this field. I understand this is a TOUGH field and not many understand. But when people come here, stress induced as it already is, they look for people to help them. To comfort them. To take care of them. This place was a joke, I had an appointment and the place was not open at the time, about 20 minutes later the receptionist arrived and when I walked in she said that the nurse was not coming, I have been there few times before trying to walk in and honestly thought I was in the wrong place. When you call the main number? The laid that I spoke with was super rude and didn't care in check other places, she was screaming over the phone saying "that it is what it is" people has problems and might not show up, like it was ok and I have to understand. I did not get any message in advance, I waist my time, and I am glad I did because after reading all this reviews I would never have a service in this place. read more

I came in for a physical & for blood work for employment but, the clinician couldn't draw blood on either arm. They said, "Interesting" when no blood was coming out. They held the needle in for so long on both arms, adjusting it multiple times, my veins are bruised. They asked me if I had drank water this morning as if it was my blood that was the issue and then said, "The new tubes they gave us have been giving us issues all week." I'm not sure they knew how to properly draw blood. I had to get my blood drawn at Quest in Fremont instead. My clinician at Quest said it shouldn't be hard at all to draw blood. Her needles were nowhere as large as the ones they were using here. read more

I talked to someone via phone who told me to walk in anytime. I needed your typical TB test for work. The hours are posted on the website. Closes at 4. I arrived around 3:00 and no one was in the clinic snd no signs on the door indicating closure. I drove 20 minutes to this clinic to find no one was there and the clinic was closed. I'm disappointed because there was no indication that the clinic was closed via phone message or signage on the door. Sigh read more

Their schedule is so inconsistent. The schedule I got from my doctor said that they were open Monday to Saturday. I called to confirm and the person I spoke to said the schedule was correct. I went there on Saturday (the same day I called to confirm the schedule) and saw that the place was closed. There was a different schedule posted on their door saying that they were open Monday to Friday. Then I went there on a Thursday (as in the Thursday right after I saw the new schedule) and saw another schedule saying that they are only open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I then called their customer service to complain and the person I spoke to said their schedule has always been Monday, Wednesday and Friday and that they were not in the mood to argue. read more

I came here for fingerprinting only. Made an appointment for 2:00, at 1:30 (they had availability quickly at this time of day). I was a little worried based on some reviews and the outside of the building made it look closed. But I walked in and was greeted by a lovely woman who went over the top to take care of my needs and work with the employer to take care of billing for the fingerprinting. I stead of helping me next after her patient she made me wait while making her phone call for a pick up with fedex instead. Like couldn't she have done that after? With COVID-19 going on I am beyond happy that places like this are still up and operating! I'm a nursing student and needed to get my mask fit again for the upcoming year, my school unfortunately could not offer to fit us as there is a shortage. Anyways, I was calling around and finally called their Belmont location to book an appointment and was told that they had also ran out of supplies but they were super helpful to see what locations had supplies, which was this one and they transferred me over, I thought that was great customer service! I booked an appointment and was told they'd make sure they had some when I went in. Phew! I got to the location and there was a lady standing outside, I guess for the time being you go inside to check in and go back outside to wait. Which was no problem. I did have an appointment, but by the look of it this was a first come first serve thing. I didn't mind, but I can see how someone with limited time and who's a bit anal about appointments can get annoyed. Even though that was the case, I was quickly taken in for my mask fit. They also only had one LVN working at the time, I am not sure if it is like that all the time. Just and FYI. She was super professional, kind and thorough. I appreciated her for that! My advice if you come for a mask fit test would be to call ahead and ask if they have the supplies needed and make an appointment. Especially during these times and with the shortage. read more

If you need to have a health exam for immigration purpose, avoid them AT ALL COST!! I had to test my blood three times because they said that the lab result has to be within 30 days. It is not true! USCIS provides guideline that all the lab work is valid within one year. Wellness mart just keeps ripping you off by asking you to all the exam again and again. Btw, I had terrible experiences getting my blood drawn by their nurses. read more

Very quick service! Had my immigration exam here. Went last June 23rd for lab test. I love how they're open during weekends too! They told me it's 10 business days to get results. June 27th received a call that I can come in and the doctor will need to check up on me. Again, very amazed that I can come same day they called. Then today June 29th, Got my sealed envelope!! Yay!! So glad with your service. Will definitely recommend this clinic. And I forgot to say that all their staff is friendly and attentive. Keep it up guys!! read more

The worst facility ever. We had an appointment scheduled for 11AM and decided to check in at 10:45. We waiting for more than an hour to be seen. Other people who arrived after us got seen before us. This is unacceptable. Might as well say, your appointment is at 11 and arrive 2 hours early. read more

When it comes to immigration medical exams, the doctor follows a very technical procedure, and I assume that experience is the same everywhere. The reason I gave 5 stars is mainly their ability to produce the result quite fast (after I explained I need it ASAP due to the priority date retrogression). Although they said their commitment is to provide the form within 14 days, I got it within 4 days (I called on Monday afternoon, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. Lab results arrived on Thursday, and I scheduled the follow-up for Friday, and received the envelope on Saturday afternoon). The staff was really nice, when I called in and they told me they'll call back later (only asking for my name), they actually did find my number and called back!! The only consideration for you to have is if you're on tighter schedule. Other places may produce results a bit faster since WellnessMart doctors are remote, and the sealed envelopes are distributed twice a week (I think they said they give the results on Saturdays and Wednesdays). For me it was very convenient to get to their location, and I scheduled everything carefully enough (based on their advice) to get the results fast enough. read more

The unit is a bit tight but it's clean and has everything you need for pre-employment tests (TB, Livescan, and Drug Screen). The nurse/doctor is extremely kind and there was no wait. You zip in and out of here. read more

Horrible. I was there for a blood draw. I waited for over 50 min to get someone to help me (with appointment). When I asked them when they would send the samples to the lab, the lady told me I had to drop my blood samples at FedEx by myself. I did the same genetic testing blood draw when I had my first baby and that clinic sent the samples to the lab for me. I wouldn't expect any clinic to ask customers to send the blood samples by themselves. This is awful. read more

Convenient place to get the immigration medical exams, and they are also open on Saturdays which was very helpful. My wife and I completed these in a couple of visits and the whole process was pretty straightforward. Cost was reasonable and we had our vaccines taken here as well. read more

If you need a health exam for immigration purposes, go elsewhere. My wife made an appointment which the doctor cancelled morning of because he suddenly decided (that same morning, mind you) not to see any patients who had not done lab work with WellnessMart previously. This completely threw our timeline out of whack, and we got no good reason for it. We only needed the one exam and they obviously had the availability since they booked the appointment in the first place. I had to get TB tested for my job so went in to the Campbell location. When I walked in there were 5 people ahead of me and 4 more came in as I stood there. Kaelin, our nurse never skipped a step. She multi tasked with a smile on her face and calm demeanor. She took care of all with precision and efficiency. She was awesome. read more
