While we were not able to complete our passport applications the first time the people here gave us clear, helpful advice on how to complete everything needed on the return visit, and they even scheduled the return appointment for us on the spot. I am not sure if other places do Passport Services for lower cost, here it is $35 which on the surface seems like a lot, but these folks are so helpful and thorough that you really are getting a great value by going here because it is going to be done fast, thoroughly, and by really nice folks who are working hard for you to get that U.S. State Department document so you can begin your travels abroad. What has happened to our government? Shockingly, it is now apparently run by people who are friendly, helpful, and want to actually help you accomplish the things you need to do? I don't personally have any devices that accept this old style drive. Everything anymore is USB-C. So I paid a ridiculous price for fingerprints ($129) and I get the file on an old device that I can't access. Might as well give it to me on Betamax. When I inquired about the thumb drive the guy got kind of shitty with me. Said that is the only way the deliver the file. I even asked if he could email or airdrop it to me. Nope. So unless you have archaic technology that takes USB-A for sure find a different company. Terrible.
