One day, it would not start. I replaced battery cables cleaned all contacts all the way to the starter. A friend recommended a mechanic who charged $250 trip fee that included one hour service. He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. I have recommended you to a person in Lampasas who was asking about a tractor mechanic. I hope they call you. I appreciate the fantastic service I got from you.

The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop.
