My mother went in for a live scan, thinking it would only cost $18 as stated on a list provided to her by Certifix. Instead she was charged $50. According to my mother, the clerk stated that the massive price increase was due to her having her documents stapled together which made their printer malfunction. Then, after arguing that my mom shouldn't pay for printer malfunctions due to obvious operator error by the clerk, the clerk changed the reason to having to scan my mom's hands multiple times due to difficult readings. I find that utter bullshit. My mom not wanting to argue further paid the $50 and left. If you need live scanning done, avoid this place and just go to UPS. read more

So far so good! I'm pleased to have found a shipping service close to me. The staff (including the owner) are very friendly. There have been quite a few young people that just started working here so service is a little slow, but I'm all for giving people work opportunities during this epidemic, it's appreciated! There's plenty of parking here and if you're hungry there's restaurants in the same plaza. Be careful of vehicles that go to the drive thru at Waba Grill as the dline usually runs past the front of the entrance here. They offer USPS, FedEx and other shipping methods. For a small fee they can also reprint/print shipping labels for you (i.e. eBay sellers) if you have one digitally available as well. There's also boxes, tape, and other stationery available for purchase. Live Scan fingerprinting is also done here. read more

I love how this place is conveniently located from my house. There's usually one person working, and they're always quick to ask if you need any assistance. You can ship anything out, whether it be USPS, FedEx, or UPS - you name it. However, my only complaint is that sometimes they're not open during their normal business hours. Although we weren't able to turn it in just yet because we were missing some supporting material, Josh was very patient and helpful with giving us advice and telling us what we still needed. She was working alone and was handling the stress of multiple customers well, but it was obvious the poor girl was stressed. Not that I want anyone to suffer, but when I can tell someone is really trying, and with a sense of urgency, I will be a patient as can be. Some people have that F U attitude, like I will get to you when I get to you! She was very knowledgeable and quick as soon as it was my turn. I wish I would have read the reviews. I love the fact it's a neighborhood local business. I am always ready to support local businesses BUT... walked in at 2:38pm on a Saturday. This establishment closes at 3pm. The young lady at the store was quite direct and board line rude. I keep on with my inquiry UNTIl I asked her. Why are you not wearing a PPE face mask? Things got weird! She looked at dead in the eyes and said, We are closed but if you want I will wear one. Excuse me, we are in a middle of a pandemic. Furthermore, we had plenty of time to process my transaction prior to closing time. I asked her, what time do you close? She replied, 3 pm. Apparently, there was time confusion in her head. She apologized and proceeded to complete my transaction. I am fine with wrongdoing and apologizing. Just had to give a shout out to this place for their excellent service. I was given a list of Certifix Livescan locations. The first two places I called quoted me prices but were not willing to give me an exact quote for the service I needed. When I called Mail Shipping Etc, Tatiana gave me an exact quote, and said they did those all the time. She knew exactly what I needed and was confident and personable! By the way, she also quoted me the lowest price compared to the others that I called. Of course, I went there to get my Live Scan. Consistent with her phone manners, both Tatiana and Monica were helpful, friendly and professional. After I got my finger scanned, while we were wrapping up the transaction, before I can finish my sentence to request an additional copy of the receipt of the Request for Live Scan Service, Tatiana handed me two copies of the form. She said you shouldn't need it, but just in case. That is a representation of how helpful and thoughtful they were throughout the whole process. When I had first signed up for a PO Box at this location, I had use of my box for about one month. My mail had started to be delivered when my services were interrupted with the sale of the business, or rather return sale to the previous owner Tatiana. When that happened, at first I was dismayed, and almost angered that I would have to pay another fee as Tatiana did not retain the monies from the former owner. It was a mess and my confidence was shaken. I decided to open a second PO Box at a UPS location not too far from this location. This made obtaining my mail even more difficult as the postal service was forwarding my mail to both locations. Long story short, I would make trips to both PO boxes to obtain my mail. Tatiana was kind enough to keep hold of my mail though I did not have a box with her. She and her friendly staff would assist and help and over time I started to get to know them better. They were friendly and personable and once I regained some trust with the business and Tatiana I decided that it was best I reopened a box with them as the postal service was still delivering my mail to Mail Shipping ETC. I still have both boxes to this day but it took almost 6 months to finally get all my mail delivered to one location. I would recommend anyone to work with Tatiana. She's friendly, kind, and can offer sound advice with real estate needs as well. She's been personable, attentive and provides great customer service. read more

I came in for fingerprints. The woman was not friendly to start with. Then she made me wait after a customer that came in after me. I should have left then, but because I already drove a good amount of time to get there, so I stayed to get it done. After doing my fingerprints, she said she could not guarantee that my prints will be accepted, but she was willing to take my money. So I said to her: Why should I pay you if you cannot guarantee that the work you did will be accepted? So of course, I did not pay and left. What A WAIST OF TIME. I went here to get a passport photo. I sent it in and found out the photo wasn't taken correctly. It was not close up enough. I figured these guys would know what they were doing and I wasted time and money on them. I went back yesterday morning and arrived at 9:30 when they were supposed to arrive but after 20 minutes and nobody showed up I went to Costco. I came to ship out a FedEx package. Titania (the owner) gave me the email to send it to print it. I waited around while she was instructing a customer line by line how to fill an application. Name here, address here, blah blah they didn't ask for help bc we heard all their business. So if you print out a DMV paperwork or get anything notarized I saw that. Heard- it all. By the time she got back to me; she says, she doesn't know how to print it in the correct size....okay..Still waiting patiently while she figures it out then I find out, she prints the enlarged copy that doesn't fit into the label sticker holder bc she printed out full page. Okay. As Long as it Prints that's all that matters is what I was thinking...She printed a full font page label then says it will not fit into the labels sticker holder. And asks if I have any scotch tape with me??? Huh?! Lol who brings/carries scotch tape on them? (Keys,phone,mask,mace and scotch tape?) There's more to this but Yelp has a max words cap. Basically she emails back sorry she can't pls everyone in there saying "you lose some & gain some". "You go your way w love & I go mine." Lol She ends it like that. She's redlining. I rented a mailbox here 6 months ago and when it was time for renewal, the owner demanded double the intro rate to $40 a month for a small box! What a rip off! Also, i have had missing packages, boxes that were tampered with, lost or destroyed. The owner takes time off in the middle of the day to do her real estate side job, and makes a habit of leaving before closing time. The new owner isn't impressing me much at this point. I have no way of getting in touch with her; no phone number, the posted hours are not correct. I went today to get my mail and saw the notice on the door with a sign that read call the local post office for your mail. I called and was told the mail had been picked up over the weekend by the owner. WTH, why is this sign still on the door. Why has the locks been changed without notice to the paying customers? Why isn't there a phone number to contact someone. I went next door to the nail shop and one of the girls gave me a notice with a hand written email address on it and said "Email her!, Email the owner!" I searched online to find an email address that looked like it might match and sent an email. I'm waiting for a response. If I get one, I'll update this with the contact info. I'm currently looking for a new mail shop and highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same. The previous tennants may of had issues, but you could get in and get your mail. The OWNER is doing a far worse job and shows very little interest in recovering from the recent issues. read more
