Came here to do passport photo because the price was reasonable. The issue is that the picture was too far way so I had to pay again for another one at the post office since they wouldn't accept the picture from AIM mail center. In the past I have the 5267 Aim Mail center on Warner a 5 star rating. I couldn't say enough good things about them . That was when Jeff and Tree were the owners. Unfortunately now since there has been a change in ownership ( that for some reason the new owner doesn't want anyone to know who it is , even though it's really easy to look up ) , I have noticed a significant change in customer service . I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share it. The mail center was extremely disorganized and lacked accountability throughout the entire process. They assigned our business a mailbox that was already being used by someone else, which resulted in another person receiving and taking our mail. We later discovered that important filings had been sent to that mailbox and never reached us. When we raised the issue, they denied that any mail had ever been delivered there, despite clear evidence that documents went missing. Correcting these filing issues is now going to cost our business a significant amount in fees and time. What's most disappointing is that they refused to take any responsibility for a situation that was entirely caused by their own mistake. read more

I've been here dozens of times and have always had a pleasant experience. There's rarely a wait and if there is, customer service acknowledges me right away letting me know they'll be right with me. Lately, I've been shipping out items more than I'm used to and am slowly familiarizing myself with the most economical options. Whoever is at the front is always more than patient and understanding with my questions on rates, and recently they helped me repackage an item into a smaller box in order to help save me a few bucks. I have to admit though, their prices are higher than the USPS store, so you're really paying for the convenience of no lines and swift service. Beware: Needed something shipped with FedEx. I inquired on the cheapest way to mail it and stating that I don't need it to get there quick. Not knowing all the FedEx options, I just went with the employee's suggestion which was the FedEx Airbill 3 day. I inquired on the cost since it was getting billed to a FedEx account, but he said he doesn't know how much it is as it's not through his shop.. I though this was a little weird. He then encouraged me to go with the 3 day as it's most economical. I found out it was ~$77 for the Airbill 3 day when I could've gotten it shipped by Ground for ~$22 in 4 days!!! read more
