I'm writing a review because I've been trying to get an answer from Brij, but to no avail. I sent a package to Arizona and I was assured it was guaranteed money back if I sent it 2day, which was almost $90.00. I needed the package there by Tuesday, which I had it sent on Saturday, but it did not arrive until Wednesday. I had to notify a neighbor out in AZ to please keep a look out for a package that was being delivered. Brij processed the paper work for a refund, but here we are almost in November and still no return. I was curious so I went to another nearby UPS Store and asked the gentleman what the refund policy is on 2day guaranteed delivery if its not delivered on time? He proceeded to tell me there is no refund guarantee on 2nd day only on Overnight deliveries there is a refund guarantee if the package is not delivered on time. Long story short, this was back in June, still no return, and I'm beginning to think I was charged this large amount of money, with Brij knowing full well there is no refund for 2nd day deliveries even though he assured me there is if its delivered late. Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up, so what happened to me doesn't happen to you. Don't expect a REFUND if a package is late, unless you are paying for Overnight! read more

Terrible customer service from the old woman working today around noon. First off they charge to print your shipping label, but she failed to mention that when I asked. Not that big of a deal, but other places print it out for you. FedEx does it for you for free. It was $2, which is a lot for one paper label that they scan anyways. For some reason my card kept declining, and she was blaming me! I had just used it at lunch, I'm not poor. She kept waving me away to come back later and pay. Um, hello, no I'm not leaving my package here that you won't ship now because YOUR machine is janky and I can't pay two measly dollars that you're trying to scam me out of. I even called my bank to make sure it wasn't me and they said they were seeing no problems. The old woman was telling me," it's not our fault, it's you." And again with the hand waving. I'm a person, just like you, don't wave me away like I'm beneath you. RUDE. She said go find someone to give you $2 and come back. WTF. What a horrible way to run a business. Of course when I said to forget it, I'll just go someplace else, she said it was fine, just pay next time because she already scanned the package into their system. Now I have to trust that they'll actually ship it. read more

Workers are nice and the store gets crazy busy at times. But what I don't understand is why half of my Amazon return packages never make it back to their warehouse. It's a pain to contact customer service when I get an email from Amazon that I'll be charged for the item if they don't receive it. Please do not come here for Amazon returns. This older woman who is there is extremely rude. I came in with two heavy boxes which took some time (other UPS stores actually helps me). She looked grumpy to start with. I showed my QRC code and she said I have to tape up the boxes. I asked, can you help tape it up for me. Other UPS stores totally would do this. She said no. Go over there. Buy some tapes and tape it up yourself. I looked at her in disbelief and she had no care in the world. I pulled up my car.. took the boxes elsewhere and went to the other UPS store in Brookhurst. I am willing to drive a little further and take my business elsewhere even when I don't have an Amazon returns later. Never at that location again !!! The Amazon direction clearly says bring it to local UPS store and they will scan it and package it. read more

OMG, I should have walked away. To sum up how this place was run on the day we were there is "yikes". Nice enough guys, don't get me wrong. But I prefer rude and competent than the other way around. Seriously how hard is it to print shipping labels if that's all you do all day? I'm paying retail prices. Unlike my employer, UPS doesn't give me an 88% discount on rates. The good news is despite being told I needed to pay $80ish to get it there by Monday *night*, I went with the $50ish it'll *leave* Monday afternoon "overnight" option. As I expected, UPS picked it up Saturday afternoon, it arrived Monday morning. I highly recommend driving to the UPS Store franchisee on Beach at the Target shopping center. Those guys definitely know what they're doing. But this place, yikes. read more
