The store is brand new, clean, and very well-organized with great customer service. The staff is quite new but super friendly. They have great service (fast, friendly and organized) they are located in the NOB HILL Location (with plenty of parking and no lines). The new owners have done a great job to shift the focus on the customer. They provide all of the normal FEDEX/DHL services (package, print, ship, copy, notary fingerprinting, 24 Hour Private mail boxes, packing, passport photos, scan, shredding etc). read more

I've been coming to Mail Stop since 1998. It is convenient and I have all my mail and packages sent there so they aren't stolen off my front porch. It is safe, secure and good hours. The owners are very helpful and take good care of us. They also do all our notary transactions smooth and easy. People need to understand, this isn't the post office, so you are paying extra for not standing in line and shipping options other than USPS. Keep up the good service! read more

I love the services and personal touches Mail Stop offers its customers and the convenience of doing business at a great location. I have 24 hours access to my mail and can have packages sent without a problem. I sponsor a child in the Democratic Republic of Congo; consequently, I sent letters and small packages at least once or twice a month. I do not have to worry about my packages being stolen from my door steps or someone stealing my mail; this is why I have a mail box at Mail Stop as well. I can have documents notarized, faxes sent, copies made and if necessary, there is a finger printing service available. I am contacted by email if a package has arrived. I can have keys made, purchase boxes and other products. Mail Stop helps me to take care of my business. read more

Every time I walk into the store for service, the owner looks up to acknowledge that you've entered, He smiles gently with a greeting. I see him do that to everyone who enters the store even when he is busy. That is courtesy and great customer service. I prefer going to this store for all my mailing needs, urgent or regular deliveries and photocopies. The notary service is quick and thorough and so far the best I have been to compared to many around here in the last 7 years. This place has been good in the past, but seems to have now gone downhill. My wife took a small package there to mail and asked for UPS. The young lady told her "No. I think FEDEX will be the best for you." She types in a bunch of info, prints out a shipping label, sticks it on the box and says the will be $21. No discussion of how soon it needed to be there, etc. My wife, not wanting to argue just paid the bill, but we will take our shipping business elsewhere from now on. read more

This is probably the best mail stop I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Their prices are also very reasonable. I did compare their prices with other local stores and they were far lower than others. One more thing I really liked about them is the mobile notary. I was stuck in my office once and I had to get a document notarized. She drove to my office, notarized it and also helped me in shipping it so that it could arrive the next day. Truly a great experience. One last thing I would like to mention, are all the cool things they have in their store. Very trendy Indian stuff, worth checking it out. Do not use this location to send something FedEx. The man who works there never submitted the envelope to fedex, and just left it sitting on his counter. When my package never arrived I went to his location and his excuse for not calling to inform me that the package was not sent was "I was too busy with my customers". I quit going here two years ago when owner yelled at my husband for taking our corgi puppy into the store. I also witnessed the owner poorly treating employees. Went here today to drop off a UPS package and was told it would cost me $2 to tape box closed. I known tape isn't free but $2 for a piece a tape?! Thank you for reminding me why I decided many years ago to not go here. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner/cashier can only be described as mentally unstable. It all started off so normally, i'm still unsure what exactly happened. I purchased my mailbox and the owner seemed nice enough (I guess we all are when you give someone money). I asked about email notification upon receiving mail. Sure enough this was part of the deal I'm told. OK, fast forward two months and three visits later where each time I notified the owner that I am not getting email notifications. Each time I am told that he will fix the problem. This time, however, the owner looks at my address and states that it it too difficult to email me since he as too many customers (we are in an empty store with no one but me). At this point I'm NOT mad nor raising my voice and I say that at the beginning I was assured this was a service provided. This is where he snaps... He begins scream at me that I am a liar (despite the fact that I've complained 3 previous times) and that no such service was promised. I calmly then say that if the services I am paying for are not provided then I wish to get a refund. That seemed to really get under his skin as he was now yelling at the top of this lungs screaming at me that there are no refunds and to get of out the store. Sufficed it say, at the point i had some choice words for him as I left the store. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge. You have been warned. read more

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! This store charges to drop off packages for DHL USPS and FEDEX. They have no right to charge anyone anything. They are a certified drop off location and that is it. DO NOT let them fool you and charge you to drop a package off. I spoke with DHL corporate and they stated this is NOT a standard practice. They do not charge to drop off. I made a formal complaint and will go back to get my money. Yes, I know it's only $2.50 but let's think about how many people this place has ripped off. read more

Not only was there bad customer service, the guy was on a personal call and made me wait a real long time while he finished his call and when he did help me, he entered the zip code wrong so my package was sent and returned to me. I assume places like this have a huge mark up on postage so I'm angry that I paid a lot for nothing. read more
