This place hosts a mailbox for scammers. And the sad part of it is is it has been reported here and elsewhere multiple times and they still manage to keep the same mailbox and activity. The mailing address is CFS, 126 Western Ave., #331, Augusta ME, 04330. This place poses as the bureau of corporations and scams people out of money saying that people need to file their annual report for their corporations. They have been doing it for years. I would not do any business at this location because they're aware that this is a scam mailbox and they're still hosting it. Shameful. read more

THIS BUSINESS IS ENDANGERING PEOPLES HEALTH!!! I went in to get fingerprinted. (Which requires being closer that 6 feet). The guy (seemed like the owner) refused to wear a mask. Refused to let me do it myself. He was rude and belligerent. I asked him politely a couple of times to put his mask on. I also asked if he could step away while I did my fingerprints. He said it was against the law. He clearly thinks he has the authority to decide which laws he want to obey. I would not trust even being in the same room with him at this point. This sort of blatant disregard for peoples health (and his own) exponentially multiplies the risk of a customer getting sick (because you KNOW that he is engaging in risky behavior outside of his business as well). DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I shipped a UPS box home and they charged me $86!!!! When I got home I went on UPS.com and the ground shipping rate for the weight/size was $35. They lady was rude when I questioned her on the price and the kid that was doing the input was nothing short of an idiot. I had to give him my info 3 times before he got it right! I've reported the owner to the CDC twice in the past three weeks. He refuses to wear a mask, said Covid19 is a hoax and when I asked about the 230,000 people who have died he said "they would've died from something anyway." Today I went by and his employee said he didn't even have one. Then the owner came out and very elderly woman was going in and I warned her. The owner is SO Rude, arrogant and dismissive. Almost mean even. I felt SO insulated leaving there. This is the 3nd time the owner (Chris, I believe is his name) has been flat out rude as I tried to be polite and calm. Told me I can't get a receipt for USPS. I told him other employees always have and that I believed that was something that has changed because they USED to say the same thing until they tried it, it worked and they stopped saying it. When I mentioned this he said "well im Bruce's boss i think I'd know!" In the most condescending tone ever. I brought receipt in to show ive always gotten receipt in the past and he wouldn't even look at is and continued with same rude, argumentative and dismissive manner. Very rude and EXPENSIVE!!! They charged me $35 for two day shipping on a very very small and light package. It was t delivered u til 6 business days later. I went back for a partial refund and basically was told "too bad, so sad!" They said that they have no control over the postal service. They are a pick up / mail service for fed ex, ups, usps. I've used them twice prior and the same thing. I've seen Chris absolutely humiliate a customer with a line of customers in line. I'll not use their services again! read more
