I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor and finally had to leave to return to work. I attempted to make another virtual appointment at the front desk since the practice managed to draw my blood during the visit. I was told to call to make the virtual appointment, which I did. I called a few days later to ask for my blood test results and was told that they disposed of them since I left, even though I made a follow-up appointment. I was also told that the virtual appointment would be canceled because I couldn't speak to the doctor for the first time via a virtual visit. So, I wasted 90 minutes, plus travel time and endured a painful blood draw for nothing. I received no treatment and had to call 7 times to receive a copay refund. I also have to spend time ensuring my insurance company isn't billed. Additionally, I was told the practice manager would call me, but never received a call. Lastly, the front desk, nurse and biller were nasty on the phone. They argued and slammed the phone when disconnecting. I recommend avoiding this practice. They are disorganized, discourteous and do not care about treating patients. read more

Oncology encounter; Dr. Alan Dosik was warm caring knowledgeable and extremely professional. Labs done on premises and immediately available to review along with my records. I have had a 2 year, VERY complicated medical journey! Dr. Alan helped me out throughout the entire time. My condition requires a lifetime of treatment and I will stay with Dr. Alan. The resources they have at the clinic are exceptional. Many on-site test and treatment are available and that reduces the amount of other appointments you have to make. Wish I could give this office 0 stars! They hardly answer the phone and when they do they take your info and basically forget about you! Took me two weeks to get a form for work that literally should've taken less than 20 mins to fill out. I had to show up in person and sat for 45 mins waiting only to find out they basically forgot they took my info and then scrambled to get my form. I like Dr Asmar, he's very nice but this office sucks! I'll see him at his other location from now on. read more

Dr. Alan Dosik saved my life. I took ill very suddenly, hemoglobin dropped to alarming levels, couldn't breathe, fluid in lungs, large red purple patches on my legs, exhaustion and total failure of both kidneys. Blood transfusions and four hour sessions of dialysis three times per week, scans, mri, and the input of multiple doctors and hospitals where they treated the symptoms, at the moment, but looked no further to find out what caused this. For over a year I was caught in this nightmare. No one bothered to do the research to come up with a diagnosis even though it was a constant question my wife and I posed to every medical provider seen. When I/we saw Dr. Alan Dosik for the first time he immediately began piecing together the year long history of my illness. And even he sent me to the hospital for yet another transfusion he stated that he would get to the bottom of this. And he did. He had an inkling of what was wrong but wanted to run it by a colleague of his, Dr. Carl Schiff. Some further tests and within two weeks we has a diagnosis; Wegene'rs Disease/GPA, a rare autoimmune disease, but most important there was a treatment. Today after two infusions I am strong, energetic and smiling. Unfortunately my kidneys do not function. I continue on dialysis three times a week three hours each session and look forward hopefully to a kidney transplant in the near future. I am forever grateful to Dr. Dosik and Dr. Schiff for doing what all of the others didn't and giving me my life back. read more

I'm 27 weeks pregnant I had an appointment with Dr. Asmar at 10:30am this morning for my platelet count being low. At 9:20 am they called me to double check if I had a referral before I left my house which I did. It's now 12:37 pm of going back and forth with them and I have left this office with doula after not being seen. They waited until today to tell me that I needed a referral with authorization from my insurance when this appointment was made May 12th. As a potential patient I know it's not my responsibility to do that if so it shouldn't have been brought up the day of my appointment.I was told to reach out to my doctor in and get the referral in which she provided and they still delayed offering me service. At this point I became infuriated because now I'm hungry and crying. They had the nerve to go on lunch in the midst of this which was just truly disrespectful. I would not recommend this office for any services and due to this I will be calling my insurance to find a hematologist that will not give me these kinds of issues in the future. I can't imagine choosing them for any other services they offer my experience was horrid.last but not least they had way too many patients at once in the office it was extremely crowded and the bathroom has a faulty soap dispenser. Above that a spider web that they could easily clean but I guess choose not too. read more

I have gone twice with my poor mom who has had to go weekly for months. I found the staff cranky and unhelpful. I think Dr David Dosik is condescending and will waste your time with appts just so he can bill you for them. If it were me Id choose the cancer over having to deal with him or that office. We were there 45 minutes before out appt only to still have to wait an hour and a half past the appt time (which was 9:15am so clearly no backup). Only to be told he wants her to take more tests.why he couldnt have just said that the week before I have no clue. The office does nothing to make the chemo comfortable or pleasant. My mom hates going and keeps saying shes just going to stop. I dont blame her. Also expect having to make several phone calls to make an appt as the phone will ring unanswered/ no voice mail for hours worth of attempts (during the work day). read more
