I Booked a birthday party here before when it first opened it was very unorganized my son wanted to go back to main event since laser quest is closed down permanently. My service at M.E. was horrible and I didn't want to go back like now I sent a request to book a party over two weeks ago and haven't gotten a response then I have also been calling no answer what's going on over there. I really would like to know can you just reserve tables because I don't need a server at the tables where they host the bday parties mine was never there I did my own hosting so that's what I would like to do again paid all that money only to have to host my self.I would rather go purchase my cards and have a table I can sit my cake on while the kids run in play. read more

We went here on a whim. Absolutely terrible. The games are super over-priced. The cheapest game was $1.00. The customer service/staff is trash. We tried to get a table to order food. We were told to sit at a dirty table and wait until the waiter came to serve us. After 10-15 minutes we said screw it. We then went to put in an order at the pizza place as at this point my child is screaming. The food was hot and fresh but way overpriced as well. Oh and I saw one of the employees brushing her behind the counter where they serve the gelato. Y'all hire real winners !! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This place has potential. The atmosphere was great and had many entertaining attractions. Bowling, laser tag, billiards, gravity rope climbing, and arcade games. The service however was horrible. My party of 3 got a booth near the bar after some family and friends left. We sat at the booth ~10 minutes before we had to flag someone down to clear the table and ask who the waitress was for this table. The gentlemen cleared the table and we still waited on the waitress. We flagged a waitress who passed our table several times and was serving nearby tables to ask who I waitress was. She replied "give me a second" and walked off. She returned after another 5 minutes without introducing herself and simply asked "Do you know what you want to order" We ordered and she returned minutes later with our check!!! Before we got our food, utensils or even a glass of water she was asking for payment! She just stood at the table without saying anything so I got frustrated and paid. Later we had to flag down a manager to get water. After our food came we had to flag someone else down to ask for napkins and utensils. She only came back to the table one more time after she noticed my food hadn't come out but the rest of my party's had. We didn't even get a chance to enjoy any attractions because the food service was so horrible. Hope to have a better experience later, but very dissatisfied with customer service. read more

Not a good experience. Went here for my daughters's birthday. We walked in and it was packed. We stood in line for a very long time. There were 7 employees behind the counter and only 2 helping people in line. The others were just standing around. We purchased a wristband that would allow us to play unlimited laser tag. After that we headed over to the laser tag area because you have to sign up for specific times to be able to play. It was 3:08 at this point, and the first available game was at 4:15. So, we signed up for that game and the one right after. Then, we had to sit around and wait because everything else in the place costs extra money. So we lined up at 4 o'clock and a long line in front of laser tag to get ready to play our game. But at 4:20 they open the doors and would not let us or the people behind us in, who were also signed up for the 4:15 game. They said they were running a little bit behind and there is a birthday party there that gets to go before us and they don't have to sign up for a time. The parties take precedence over the people who paid for laser tag, signed up, and waited over an hour. They really need to change this! The birthday parties need to sign up for the games just like everybody else and then this chaos would not happen. On top of that they said they had two broken packs which was causing some of the delay because people that had signed were not getting to play at their time and they were trying to cram them in to the next game. So if you figure it out...people for the next game would not get to play as well....and the next game and the next game and so on. There were so many angry people! We did not even get to play until 4:45. Then we were supposed to play a game right after that, but they let another birthday party go in instead. Seriously? So it's 5:16pm and we've been here since 3:00 and all we get is one game? So my husband decided to go talk to a manager. The manager hesitated a little, but did end up getting our money back (per my husbands request). This is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I do appreciate the fact they gave us our money back! But they really need to make some changes. They had a room full of angry, disappointed customers that day. read more

We had a corporate evening at Main Event and it was fun!! We had a great time playing pool, bowling, ropes course and the games! We also had the food catered and it was very good!! Salad, grilled veggies, beef medallions, chicken and scalloped potatoes were all very good! The staff was excellent as well!! Thanks for a fun evening!! read more

Liars and thieves. Took a family trip there on June 7 2017 was in town for a little while and stop in Main event for some food and a little fun. Okay, first off when we sat down in the restaurant we was not greeted at all. The way the server was hanging out with her friends We thought she was off duty. She turned and look back at us and continues to laugh. It was not until we waved her down did she come and rush to take our order so she can go finish hanging out. So we place our order and pay for our food but unfortunately the power went out. I know that was out of anyones control but it was the lies that was told after that.Ok so waitress come back to tell us our food was still coming because it was the power was still on in the kitchen... that was a lie !! The cook comes from the back asking what our order was and said we wasn't going to get our pizza (the main thing I wanted ) but we was going to get the wing( which were cooked )but the burger and the fries seemed a bit under cooked. So The waitress come back and ask about the food and we told her that we did not get the pizza and and the other food being under cooked she told us that she was going to speak to the manager about the refund for the pizza. Needless to say she never came back so we see someone walking towards us and he asked us to leave because the power was not coming on anytime soon. So he tell us don't worry about it everybody there that ordered food at the time will receive a full refund just call back tomorrow and we will be taken care of.I called back the next day they say that if the charges is showing pending on my statement that once it go through that it's gonna be taking of I waited until the charge post called back. They said it will be taken off in 5 to 7 business days. I waited 7 days called back they told me that they will be sending my info to the book keeping department. Gave them my contact number my credit card number I waited a week and still nothing. Called back Friday they took my information once again they claimed someone was to call me back still waiting on a phone call. It might seem petty but it is the principal that you think they would treat they customers that highly inconvenienced a little bit better my next step is complaining to the BBB..... ps I should have just went to Chuck e Cheese read more

Great concept. Horrible customer service. Waited at a table for a server to come for over 25 minutes. Not even a greeting . Went to the bar to order food and that took another 25 min. Whoever is in management there, please do some serious training . It's ridiculous!!!! read more

We came with a birthday party, and had a blast! They had a seasonal deal, and since it had snowed the day before, it wasn't very busy. We played laser tag, climbed the obstacle course, bowled, and had drinks and food. I had heard from other people and online sources that it was fun, but expensive and not worth the cost. I'm not sure if it was because of the seasonal deal, but their drinks and menu items were cheaper than most places, and they were delicious! I had some kind of spiked punch, not sure of the exact name. We loaded up an arcade card and planned to go back the next night, but luckily we could see the parking lot from the interstate, and the parking lot was FULL. I can't imagine what it would have looked like inside. The location seems a little random, not a whole lot going on in the part of town. Some fellow customers there were being rowdy, but I know that's out of their control (and let's face it, it's Memphis) I'm glad they enforce a curfew. However it confused us as to how they could actually enforce it if they are accompanied by an adult? Definitely no Dave and Busters, but still a good time! read more

I went a couple weeks ago and loved it the games were overpriced a little bit besides that it was amazing

They really need to streamline the service. We came in after 5 and had a 5 year old with us. We got the inclusive pack for everyone, including the 5 year old. Then it turns out the five year old was not old enough to play any of the games. The bar tender was rude and waited 20 minutes to make 2 beers, then we talked to the manager and he gave us the money back for the five year olds ticket. A younger one in our group chipped a tooth while playing laser tag. And when he and his sister left the laser tag game in the middle of the game the attending told them they weren't allowed to leave in the middle of the game, despite the younger kids busted lip. After his older sister pointed out the lip the attending said "whatever" and let them go but offered No help or ice. They have really cool stuff her but don't expect to spend less than 300 in a group larger that 6, or to receive quality service. The employees are mediocre at best and bored teenagers. Also don't get the mixed drinks, they cost one one thing at a table and 3 extra dollars at the bar. read more
