There are never about people working the registers and forget about their pharmacy (that is so understaffed it is a joke). The shelves are barley stocked or even worse stocked with random "stuff" from China. Goto CVS - the extra mile is worth it.

There was a situation during the holiday season when I was already struggling mentally and truly needed compassion, guidance, or even basic human kindness, and instead I was met with indifference and a complete lack of care. It was upsetting enough that my family seriously considered moving all of our prescriptions elsewhere. For a while, I stopped seeing this pharmacist there, so we stayed. Now she's back, and the same behavior has started all over again. Healthcare is not just about filling prescriptions. People coming into a pharmacy are often stressed, sick, overwhelmed, exhausted, or struggling silently. The way this pharmacist speaks to and handles customers feels heartless, robotic, and completely lacking in empathy or willingness to help resolve issues. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been consistent enough that I felt I needed to say something. CVS really needs to reevaluate the level of customer care and compassion being provided at this location.

Thanks Mike! Not sure what's going on over there tonight. I was a customer for over 9 years. I received my prescription and it was short by 6. I was with my father and noticed the box was not sealed before we left the parking lot. We immediately went back in to explain and was not only belittled but yelled at about how we were at fault, somehow trying to get over on them by receiving 6 extra, and that I had only been a client for a year? As if that was somehow applicable to the short prescription issue. Like I said, I've been going to Town Drug for almost a decade with little issue and even have proof of this through old prescriptions. Yet, instead of trying to fix the situation amicably, the pharmacist became belligerent and dismissive. The owner Mike has rectified the situation.
