Food was pretty good, they have many vegan options that look good. I got the elote, it was cooked well although l wasn't a fan of how the vegan mayo tasted. I liked the corn though. The caramelo (jackfruit) was a good portion for the price and I liked the amount and flavor of the cheese used, but I wish it came with guacamole or rice and beans like the meat based plates did. It just came with salsa that kinda tasted like ketchup. Came in with a party of four and the waiter didn't ask if it was separate checks or together - he gave us one check and said he can't split them up when we asked for separate bills. I don't know if they never separate checks or he just didn't want to do it but if you're in a group that'd be something to ask before ordering.

This is the patio where you can eat drink and be merry.

Absolutely amazing. The owner/chef seated us, took our order and brought us the most amazing drinks. I highly recommend this place for any occasion. The cool breeze on the patio and the mountain views are amazing.

I thought we were going to a Mexican restaurant and it is, however it is upscale imagined Mexican. I ordered the birria chimichanga. It isn't your usual birria, it's better. The sauce is thicker and great seasoning. We split coconut Flan and a homemade ice cream sandwich. The flan was one of the best I have eaten and the ice cream sandwich is phenomenal. The soup of the day was a potato kale. The ginger and tumeric seasoning made it a keeper. If you get the chance...run don't walk to get your foodie foodie on.

Our waitress/hostess was terrific throughout, from greeting to service. She did forget to mention that there was a small condiments bar in the opposite corner of the restaurant but the tacos were amply accessorized and thus outstanding regardless (I frankly often prefer only cabbage/onion and no sauces because I'm really here to taste, and test, the meat! The asada was really good but the carnitas were the bomb. At $13 for each plate of two 6-inch tacos and no sides it was bordering on steep but this was a sit down experience as well. The venue is typically packed wknds around peak lunch and dinner hours. It's ambiance is traditional "saloon" with wood floors, walls, tables, and chairs. They haven't posted their hours on Yelp and I forgot to take a picture of their front door but the menu pics are Jan 2026!

I'm not sure what they do differently but they're delicious! The tacos all come in sets of 2, not mix and match. Everyone in our group got tacos and everyone was happy and agreed they were quite large and had a lot of filling. I got the Korean pork belly tacos and these were really good! That said, next time I'd try to get someone to split 2 kinds with me as 2 of the pork belly tacos was pretty heavy.

Out of world food The ladies in the kitchen are awesome They really are dedicated, loving and patient. No frustration whatsoever on their face. The lady there suggested trying out the spicy chick pea coconut / w turmeric soup, she said it's the last bowl and I went for it. Out of world deliciousness packed in a bowl. We then tried the veggie/ vegan hummus cold sandwich and ordered a grilled focaccia vegetarian sandwich. It was all delicious and we then ended up ordering a carry out of the same Focaccia order except customized it with adding spicy peppers/ lemon garlic feta as well. They nailed it and it was finger licking delicious. Won't miss ever to visit this place when we come back to bisbee The prices are very normal and the service is amazing. Kudos to all the ladies in the kitchen who work crazy to put delicious meals on the table.

We stumbled upon this place which is a bit further walk than the main part of town. If you head away from the main part (walk up the hill on the main street) you will see it on the right. It seemed to have better (earlier hours) than the other places in town. The sandwiches were surprisingly good. My wife had the Tuna Salad on Mixed Greens ($11.95) and was quite happy with it. I had one of their sandwich specials, which was the turkey, brie, gruyere, and bacon (with a mayo called "prickly pear jalapeno mayo) on excellent grilled focaccia bread. In fact, it was my favorite sandwich of the trip. We ate outside on the patio, which was nice. Although you order at the counter, they bring your food to your table (it was a bit slow) and you bus your table too.

It was hard to have a conversation or even hear the server at times because of the live music out in the common area of the space. The music was good, it was just rather loud. Otherwise the vibe of the space if enjoyable with its nostalgia and stuff. In the past I've ranked my experience five stars but I had to bring it down a notch. I had the meatloaf dinner and my husband had Copper(something) pasta dish. Both were lukewarm at best. The flavors were still good but it wasn't a hot dish by any means, and the meatloaf was a bit saltier than I remember. For the pasta dish, the warm bread was hotter than the pasta dish itself. We didn't send it back because I noticed the server was handling dishes returned to the kitchen at the next table, and our dishes weren't cold or anything, they were just warm. I still maintain they absolutely deserve four stars because I suspect the kitchen might have been having an off night and the food was very good (just the meatloaf was a tad salty). We really enjoyed the mushroom appetizer and the beer selection is excellent.

We have been waiting for over a year to try this exquisite gem of a restaurant in the Bisbee hamlet…read moreof Warren. Either it was closed, or our schedules didn't work. It was worth the wait, and our only regret is that we hadn't prioritized trying it sooner. Everything was magical, from the laid-back, hippie atmosphere of the street it resides on to the experience once inside the establishment. What makes this even more notable, and further enhances the experience, is the lack of similar dining establishments in deep southern Arizona. One can find fine dining in Tucson, over an hour away and far too far for a simple evening out. That's not to say there aren't decent or good restaurants in Cochise County. However, none excel in all aspects of an evening out experience, from greeting to service to the quality of the meal. We had a reservation and were seated immediately at the only table open in the restaurant. That is a plus for their table management. Within two minutes, our waiter appeared with water and bread. Expressing our joy at this proper start to the meal is impossible. In eight years of living in southern Arizona, we have often observed management and wait staff at other establishments taking five minutes or more to arrive at the table. That delay typically foreshadows a lack of basic service that follows. The bread basket featured freshly baked country bread, accompanied by a small plastic ramekin of butter. We would have enjoyed the butter served more elegantly, but that is a minor matter. The bread was excellent. We had heard that the restaurant's appetizers are a highlight and decided to try three: a fresh bacon, apple, arugula, and beet salad, Mussels Meuniere (which were specials), and Arancini. The salad was beautifully composed with just the right amount of dressing to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The Arancini may have been the best I have ever had. Perfectly fried balls of tender risotto set in a delicious tomato sauce were an unexpected treat. The mussels, unfortunately, were the low point of the meal. Overcooked and rubbery mussels in a tepid sauce that lacked depth and flavor were a major disappointment. Still, that was the only disappointment of the evening and didn't detract from the rest of the meal. We chose two specials for our main course. My wife selected the Salmon topped with a deconstructed Clams Casino. I opted for chicken cutlets topped with eggplant and a dollop of pesto, served in a rich Roman mushroom tomato sauce. The Salmon was incredible. Perfectly cooked and nestled on a plate expertly nappeed with a sublime sauce, it alone excited the palate. But when topped with a well-made clam casino mixture, the dish became an epicurean delight. The chicken was masterfully prepared and was highlighted by the silky-textured eggplant that topped it. The Roman mushroom tomato sauce was well made, my only minor comment being that a different choice of mushrooms might have taken the dish to another level. That said, I would order it again, and probably will if it's on the menu when we return. The dessert selection had me wishing for a larger stomach. Every item on the menu and the specials board looked enticing. We settled on a Basque Cheese cake with blackberries and bananas. We could not have asked for a finer way to end the evening. Perfectly cooked, silky cheesecake in a subtle white sauce and topped with dollops of fresh whipped cream provided just the right amount of sweet and tart to end the meal. We arrived just under the wire as the last table seated for the evening and were fully prepared to be turned away, but the hostess kindly welcomed us in. As the evening went on, we learned that this is a family-run restaurant, which only added to the charm and warmth of the experience. I ordered the mussels, one of my favorite dishes, while my girlfriend had the artichoke and mushroom lasagna. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and a caramel nut tart with mascarpone. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. It felt so special, like we had our own little corner of Bisbee to enjoy the evening. We started with the appetizer sampler, and every single bite was incredible. Each item was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. It set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal. For our entrées, my husband ordered the duck and could not stop raving about it. It was perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. I had the Chilean sea bass, and I'm still thinking about it. It was cooked to absolute perfection. It was tender, buttery, and it truly melted in my mouth. As if that wasn't enough, it was paired with prawns and lobster ravioli... just beyond delicious. Okay, I also have to mention the salad. The salad was fresh and amazing, and just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were served a lime palate cleanser before our entrée. Such a thoughtful and elevated touch. We were honestly blown away. Our server was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. It made the entire experience feel warm and personal It's rare to come across service that truly enhances a meal like that. And dessert... the crème brûlée was to die for. We paired it with a 10-year tawny port, and it was the perfect ending. It was smooth, rich, and indulgent in all the best ways. This was more than just dinner; it was an experience. Café Roka delivered excellence from start to finish, and we will absolutely be back. To our wonderful server: May kindness you give return to you tenfold, May your path be light, your days be warm, And may every table you serve be filled with gratitude and joy.
