    I chose La Ramada for my December birthday, and Lorena and her staff exceeded my expectations with a perfect evening. I had the entire restaurant reserved for my 45 guests, and the service and food were spectacular. The decor and tables were lovely. The meal was served buffet style, and all my guests commented on how delicious every dish was. I had an open bar (and, I also hired a driver for my guests because of that), and La Ramada mixed great drinks and purchased the exact wines and spirits I requested. I and my guests thought the front house staff was so friendly and fun. When I arrived, they had already set up an area for the DJ, a table for the birthday cakes, and also cleared even more room for dancing after the meal. The kitchen and front house staff at La Ramada did a great job to create a wonderful evening for my guests and me. If you ever need a perfect place for a party or reception, they really know how to run a function very smoothly. Thank you, Lorena and the La Ramada staff!

    This is one of the great local dives in Bisbee, AZ. This awesome joint has been around since the 60's. If you want authentic Mexican food, that is also made from scratch, AND at reasonable prices, then this is thee spot. I had ordered a Red Chile Chimichanga, but before that we were served chips and salsa. To my surprise, the chips were freshly made, and they didn't charge. Now I don't know about you, but, it's rare to get freshly made chips these days without paying for more than one serving. After we finished our food, we shared a dessert. I don't remember what it was called and I forgot to take a picture of it, but think of it like a homemade Churro Sundae, with a huge scoop of vanilla icecream, drizzles of butterscotch and dollops of homemade whipped cream, and homemade Churros all around...Yummy!!

That said, next time I'd try to get someone to split 2 kinds with me as 2 of the pork belly tacos was pretty heavy.

I ordered the mussels, one of my favorite dishes, while my girlfriend had the artichoke and mushroom lasagna. For dessert we shared the crème brûlée and a caramel nut tart with mascarpone. Both of us have traveled extensively, eaten at many excellent restaurants around the world, and this was genuinely one of the better meals we've had. The restaurant is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the food was exceptional, and the service matched it perfectly. As a business owner myself, and as an artist who deeply appreciates craftsmanship and people doing things well, I can't express enough how much I enjoyed the experience.
