We took the food back to our Airbnb, hoping to enjoy a quick meal with our family, but to our shock, we found a bee inside the fries that my son was already eating. Needless to say, we were completely grossed out. I called the location immediately, and it sounded like the same employee answered. She told me to take a photo and bring the receipt back to get a free meal. While I appreciate the gesture, the entire experience--from the rude service to the unsanitary food--was frustrating, especially when you're just trying to relax and enjoy a simple meal on vacation. Considering how much we paid, we expected at least basic quality and customer service. Very disappointed and will likely not return to this location. Please make sure you check the customer's food before you serve it.
