I was sold a vehicle that the dealership later asked me to return because they didn't have the title and were unable to register it with the MVA. I was told by both the salesperson and the manager that I would be refunded my original deposit which I paid 2k and the monthly payment I had already made . Been paying it for 4 month of $688 They then had me purchase another vehicle, which required me to pay an additional $650 deposit. Since then, I have been trying to get confirmation on how and when my refund will be processed. Every time I call, no one gives me an answer. Even worse, whenever I ask to speak with the manager, the call gets disconnected. Whether they're hanging up intentionally or not, it's incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customer service should not disappear the moment there's a problem. Simply wants to get a confirmation I hope the dealership addresses this issue and contacts me immediately to resolve my refund. He also tried to use ChatGPT multiple times for information. He then became hostile and was highly unprofessional when he was exposed that he was in fact not giving a deal. They ILLEGALLY ran my credit after being assured by TWO employees that it wouldn't be and went back on the final deal as I was at the bank getting the downpayment out (because they charge a 3% fee on cards). Rodrigo, the GM, is the ONLY reason the sale was progressing and the only person who knew how to be professional. The owner also refused to honor his $500 off the downpayment that he advertised on his website. So, more false advertising. Do not fall for the fake reviews on their google page - believe the 1.5 stars they have on here!!!!! I drove 3 hours one way for my entire day to be wasted.
