When I arrived on February 18, 2023, Gina met me; She was very friendly and warm. I had a good feeling right from the start. Gina took photos of my damage, and within a few minutes, I had my estimate, which I was delighted with. I was surprised to see that her estimate was significantly lower than the one I had. I asked Gina how long it would take to complete my repairs, and she stated about three days. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Gina called me on Thursday, February 23, 2023, and told me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was floored! I could not believe how great my Pilot looked and smelled. It took a long time to get my car repaired but that was because of Covid supply chain issues and the difficulty of getting parts - not the fault of Sterling Collision and Paint. During that time, I spent about $5,000 on repairs, inspections, oil changes, tires, and other maintenance. I had no complaints. However, two days ago, I paid $1,054 to replace and recharge the air conditioner condenser in my 12-year-old Subaru. That amount included a $230 diagnostic fee. I asked for that fee to be applied toward the repair, but I was told that Ashburn Service and Tire does not credit diagnostic charges toward repair costs. Shortly after I picked up my car, the shop asked me to bring it back so their mechanic could retrieve a tool he had supposedly left underneath it. When I returned, the mechanic took the car into the garage, opened the hood, and did something in the engine area that I could not see. As a result, I suspect the story about the tool was just a pretext to gain access to the car, possibly to make an adjustment or correct an error. I would not recommend Ashburn Service and Tire.

I had to call them at the 4hr mark for an update. My 3 hours turned into 5. A side from being off by 2 hours, everything else was great!
