Appointment time was set for 1:00 so I arrived early like 1240. I used valet for my car which was quick and convenient. I then walked in I was greeted promptly and given forms to fill out. Then soon after about 10 mins after filling out the forms to my delight I was called in by a nice gentlemen for my MRI . I placed my items in a locker which I was given the key . I then sat down for 5 mins employees walked past laughing smiling and seemed happy to be there which made me feel comfortable. At about 1:00 I entered the room was then prepped and then soon started the scan. Test took about 20 mins I was literally in and out. Place runs like a well oiled machine. had an appointment for a MRI of my knee, spoke with a gentleman name Toby, he was very accommodating and helped me with my paper work because I forgot my glasses. There was an issue with my insurance which I was very frustrated but he patiently guided me through the process and show me other alternatives that is available. Never again will I have a scan here nor recommend this place. Brought my dad in for an MRI on a Sunday at 10am and they were already running 50 minutes behind. Then the MRI tech elected to take the patient after my dad because the other patient's scan was quicker than my dad's. No office manager to speak with so the employees do what they want on the weekend. There were boxes in the hallway where patients have to walk, there is no reading material other than scientific journals. The MRI tech was pretty rude with no identification tag so I can't call him out by name. Samantha, the receptionist, was a sweetheart and I would compliment her, however she told me she runs the scheduling department. So the overbooking of patients ultimately falls upon her. I am in healthcare, I would NEVER treat patients this way. read more

I'm not a big fan of doctor's offices or any of these scanning/imaging places (but who is), so my expectations have always been low. All 3 times I've been to this place, I arrived a few minutes early for my appointments, but still ended up waiting an hour to get my MRI's. I assumed they were there for x-rays which are much quicker. Shouldn't someone have noticed that I'd been waiting there that long? Not like I blend into a reception area that well. After seeing a few people that came in after me go ahead, I raised my concern, and at least they immediately got me in that MRI tube. I'm glad I didn't wear anything with a zipper on it because I would've had to change into one of those hospital gowns. Their locker system for you to keep your belongings while you get your scans done is nice though. read more

I came here for a MRI requested by my neurologist. I really should've gotten the girl's name that set me up with new patient paperwork and took my information. She was nice and efficient. They have a locker area to hold your belongings, which I thought was cool. I didn't have to wait long which was a definite plus because I was already nervous. The tech was very reassuring letting me know that the tube is twice the size of regular MRI machines. I greatly appreciated that he put headphones on me and let me choose what I wanted to listen to while the machine was doing its work. All in all, I had a great experience. Thank you!! read more

I'm a recovered covid patient and have not been inside a doctors office for a regular appointment since March. I was sick for 3 months and almost had to go to the hospital, so I understand how serious this virus is, but this office clearly doesnt. I was horrified by the multiple staff members NOT wearing masks. The receptionists were eating mcdonalds french fries with patients in the waiting room without masks. The xray technician had her mask under her nose. The patient next to me did not wear his mask and was complaining about it. There were signs all over that said to stay 6 feet apart and wear your masks, but none of the staff was enforcing this. I'm horrified and feel so unsafe and discouraged from going to important doctors appointments. This place needs to reevaluated and shut down if they cant comply with basic safety rules. read more

Artificially friendly staff made me feel like a fool for asking for directions around the building as if I had designed the building myself(I just needed to be pointed to the stairs, not told like an idiot that stairs are how you make it down to the lower level)..I decided to change my original review since the first one was an ugly infuriated spew but made me feel better. read more

They only care about how much money they can. My doctor gave advice that my case qualifies for allowance as I am at high risk. Specifically I received the confirmation from the office of Main Street radiology. At the end they still claimed differently that would only allow them to charge more on the service. This has happened twice. This will be my last time I went there. Be careful when you use their service. read more

I've got plenty of exams done in the past with MSR and I always go to the 32nd ave location because all the staff are friendly and I know I can trust them. Scheduling my appointment and check-in process went by quick and smoothly with the help of Hannah at the front desk. I was done with 2 MRIs within 40 minutes and Hannah even had my MRI CD ready as soon as I came out. This is why I always go to MSR for any exams that I need even though I live hours away. It's in August 2019, about the no authorization (actually no response) from the workers' compensation insurance and my prior payment in full of $265 (cash) for an MRI on the cervical spine and its report. Later, I found the Workers' Compensation Board Medical Treatment Guidelines about the diagnostic imaging on spine (neck, mid and low back) is supposed to be pre-authorized. I asked for the refund from MSR, but MSR even claimed my cash payment hasn't been posted on the account yet (MRI and report have all been generated by them like a fast food store already)! MSR phone receptionists even played the idea of COLLECTION service on me or claimed she doesn't understand my spoken language. When I said a cursing word in the sentence, she hung up. Their radiologist's report keeps stressing about the disc/osteophyte complexes, while the osteophyte is almost non-existing! The C1,C2 crucial region is simply left without any "finding" or "impression". MSR tried to tell me an idea that it's the referral doctor who generates such a report. The premeditated and coordinated murder attempt on me at the workplace B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc sent me down the path of "work injury" and "Workers' Compensation". They renovated the imaging department at MSR and its awesome !! I have been going to Main Street Radiology for years. Last week I went for a sono of my neck. Even though you have to check in and check in again, it's so organized. It's all brand new,clean and very efficient. Some of the girls at check-in we're cranky but it's a busy place. My technician Alisa was amazing. Her machine had to be re-booted. They are still getting the kinks out. But she kept her cool, we laughed and eventually had to change rooms. When I asked to have the report sent to another dr. and myself. It was no problem. The woman noted it in the system and I got the report a few days later without having to call. The receptions have an extremely bad attitude towards their clientele. I sat while I waited and watched them hassle one person after the next. Then when patients left or sat down they openly talked about them and even mocked a few. If the disregard for patients starts here I can't imagine how bad the treatment is in the back. read more

The only reason for the 2 star rating is because I received my film in 10 minutes. They absolutely deserve a negative 2. Nothing to do with COV19. Prior to today my last visit was January 2018. The reason I stopped coming to this location is because of the front area staff. Today before I entered the area to pick up my films from the last mammogram, I had to wait for two employees to complete their conversation and fist bumping prior to having my temperature taken and a given glob of hand sanitizer. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was fortunate enough to have someone come from the back and ask if I was being helped. Note to humans in every position...if another human puts the requested card in your hand return it in the same fashion. Sliding it across the filthy desk is just rude. Then you spray your desk down. So now what? I have to wipe down my identification as well because evidently you know the desk that you slid my license on was dirty. Super glad I found a radiology center that is courteous before, during and after COV19. THE WORSE FRONT AREA STAFF. read more

My aunt just finished with her test at this facility. The test that she was having required her not to eat anything for a long time, but the technician taking her pictures was very prompt and even took her a little bit earlier. What I liked the most was the fact he came out and told me to have my aunt stay away from her grandson because she will be radioactive after the test and its not good for her to be around him just until the end of the day. I am not sure if they do that for everyone, but I think they should. Another thing was blankets, I am not sure what the guy's name was but he gave her extra blankets too, which was nice. read more

Had my first ever MRI in my 26 years of life here on Tuesday and had a great experience. Hannah at the front desk was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. Michelle performed the MRI on me and made me feel comfortable by turning on some music and counting down the minutes with me. I came in at around 3PM and there was no wait. Today I took my 87 year old mom in for a ct scan without contrast. From the minute we walked in the staff was so kind and considerate of my elderly mother. When the young lady gave her that drink she had to have she told her just stay where she was to drink it. The only time she had to get up was to go inside for the CT scan. When the young lady that was doing her CT scan called her she took it upon herself to help my mother out of her seat and held her hand into the room for her test. I explained to the girl that my mom was hard of hearing and had alzheimers and she told me don't worry I will take good care of her and she did. Once it was over she brought my mom out hand in hand. This kindness from everyone was appreciated by both my elderly mother and myself. read more

The doctors here are great however a woman working in reception/billings is not. I called to ask a simple question and a woman named Roberta was absolutely rude. This woman should not be answering phone calls nor working in billings. Either that or she needs to be retrained to work in her department. This place doesn't even deserve one star!!! I would have received better care and compassion had I gone to a vet's office!!! I was apprehensive and the tech had no compassion what so ever! He told me it's not his problem if I'm scared!!! He lied to me about the MRI machine when I told him the fan wasn't working..he said all the equipment was working...when I insisted the fan was not on inside the machine, he told me I could wait for the other machine but there was a line for that machine!!! Well hello you liar!!! If there is a line for the other machine and not the one you tried to put me in...it's because you bastards know the machine you put me in was not working!!! From the receptionist that checked us in to the nurse who brought us back to the testing room and the tech that handled the procedure were all wonderful. . . The employee that checked my mother in for her apt was completely rude and just unprofessional. She was wearing a mask and did not speak loud enough.. Trying to check in for the apt was ridiculous the lady was on her personal cellphone while checking us in..wouldn't help us until she was done with her personal phone call..and then mutters under her breath that we didn't completely fill out the paperwork..if she would have taken the time to answer my questions then I would have known not to fill out the insurance information. read more
