I also bought a piece of jewelry for one of my ear piercings. Andy was able to manage helping me and other customers simultaneously very well. I already had two piercings with butterfly backs but no one mentioned there is a different kind of back now where you screw a microscopic post into a tiny hole. I had to take them out for an MRI and can't get them back in because I have paralysis in my thumbs and arthritis in my hands. I called to see if they could exchange them for the type I wanted because I can't use these and he got very defensive. He kept telling me he has a client with 4 fingers and only one hand so my disability shouldn't be a problem. If he can overcome his then surely I should overcome mine, he insisted. I felt like I was talking to a child. There was no apology for the miscommunication, no offer to try to reorder them or take them back or even issue some kind of credit. He just kept blaming me, saying I should have asked when I came in wearing butterflies and having no idea these others existed. The bottom line: They don't take an ounce of responsibility for anything and are incredibly rude to someone who spent hundreds of dollars on something she can't use. Telling me I am wrong about my disability and insisting I can pay them to teach me to do it was the icing on the cake. You don't tell a disabled person that their disability isn't real and they can do something they can't if they really wanted to. I would rather pierce my own ear with a rusty nail than set foot in this scam of a place again.

Liked him immediately and since we both had seen his work, booked appointments. So today was the day and it was awesome. We are both stoked with our ink, enjoyed the hang and conversation, felt like we met a new good friend and could not recommend Thomas any higher. He is easy to work with and considerate of whatever your design or idea is. Jessie the piercer is a wealth of knowledge with piercings. I highly suggest scheduling a consult for your tattoo and letting Thomas work his magic. I know for mine (arm sleeve) we sat on the couch and talked for almost an hour about the tattoo and my ideas for it while he listened, asked questions, and drew up designs in front of me. His original design on his sketch pad was amazing to see, but even more so after he refined it, re-drew it, and it became a reality on skin. The shop is obviously loved by its owner and staff. Extremely clean! I've walked into plenty of shops and it just feels like an operating room, but here it feels very comfortable while still remaining a sterile space. I love the unique art pieces on the wall as well!
