In the last 2 years, they have had a lot of staffing issues, details go overlooked, and questions not given the time they deserve. They are the most expensive clinic in the area and still find a way to nickle and dime pet owners. The staff do not really seem to care about client concerns, you can hear it in someones voice when that person cares. All they want to do is make excuses. I will be moving on, I would encourage others to do the same.

Facilities aren't fancy but they work fine! Staff is wonderful, from front desk to techs and all vets there. Highly recommend. Not inexpensive but they work with you. High prices everywhere, just not here.

Oh, his heart is slightly enlarged." $700+ Fast-forward a week at specialty doc. "Nothing in his belly." $1.3k "But we recommend an echocardiogram." Scheduled. Another 1k. "He has a MASSIVE tumor on his heart." One week later, he is gone. 1k to put him to sleep. So today I had to bring my senior kitty, 17.5 years old. Needed a thyroid level check and BP check. $500. HUH? Oh, the doctor decided to do an XYZ blahblahblah test. Oh, really? Did anyone come and ASK ME? Nope! Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Doc wouldn't come out to speak to me, but sent Miss NonBinary, who proceeded to tell me THEY are the experts and THEY know this, that and the other. But did they consult me? NOPE! Just give us your money because we decided to do these tests and we are the experts. AND we will not give you refills on your pet's medicine anymore. Oh, really... Well, let me apologize to the young woman checking me out, because I am sure she will have nightmares about me tonight. I told them straight up how absolutely disgusting they are for trying to pull that shit. As an aside, while I was waiting, an older gentleman came in trying to return prescription shampoo. Bottle still sealed. "Someone put this in my bag but I don't want it. I want to return it." Oh... you can't do that, sir. They wouldn't take it back. Gave him a hard time. Apparently this is a theme with them. They'll be sending me my records. Good. Doing me a favor. Not only are they absolutely scumbag sneaky thieves, they are grossly incompetent. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Stollar figured out lu had pyometra without any ultrasounds or xrays. He ​didn't want to sedate her for an xray there in case it was what he thought it was, since they are not set up for emergency surgery. He gave us a list of surgery hospitals. We took her to one on the list and thru them his diagnosis was confirmed. We were able to get her emergency surgery and she is now home in recovery. Dr. Stollar even called the next day to check up on her. Thank you Dr. Stollar for your kindness, knowledge and caring heart!

I am sorry that I never pushed for testing. Shortly after relocating and a routine exam and vaccines with a new vet visit Shadow came home with labored breathing, his brother however was fine. I ended up taking Shadow to urgent care where ex rays showed he had cancer. I was devastated when the vet told me it would be inhumane to take him home. I ended up making the painful choice of letting him go. I don't know for sure had it been caught in time could something have been done but at least I wouldn't have been surprised when I was told.

Was told by the front desk when appointment was confirmed that "yes could drop off the cat with her thyroid medicine. The Vet would administer then wait required 4-6 hours to measure her blood levels. Th tech told me in the exam room that she would now have to check with the Vet to see if they could in fact simply administer one dropper full of thyroid medicine. They then"upsold us" a full "Wellness blood panel for $249 and charged us $180 to simply administer one shot to mildly sedate her. When I questioned the overall $900 estimate for the visit the technician became all flustered and reported to the Vet that I "had disrespected her" ! Unreal. By simply asking the tech to justify all of the charges. And the Vet pushed back on his administering the thyroid medicine and requesting that we give the cat her medicine in the AM, not her normal time, prior to dropping her off. So our job as pet owners it appears is to make the Vet clinic's job easier while being overcharged for service and procedures? We will be leaving this practice now, after 8 years, given that all of the prior clinicians have left and the new staff is unreasonable and over priced.

I asked this nine days ago and Dr. Podles never answered me. I will not be with my cat for his final appointment and I am heart broken. I will not be using this vet going forward. Very disappointed.
