I had the truck towed to the local Chevy dealership to them on Saturday. Early Monday morning I spoke with the service personnel at Chevy and they promised to look at the truck that day, by 2:30 they told me they couldn't get to the truck until the next. I called Lou's shop explaining to them the situation I was in, I had the truck towed from the Chevy dealership and over to Lou's. The truck got to Lou's after 4 o'clock and they had it fixed by 5 that day, getting me back on the road with professional, fast service that actually cared about helping me out of a bind and didn't even charge me for the repair.
