These guys came in at 1100 for an estimate. From what I gathered 1100 was far less then their competitors but not so cheap it made question the quality (sometimes the cheapest jobs cost the most). Bryan got me in later in the week and had the job done in ONE DAY! Here's the best part... the final price came in under the estimate! Second, remember when i was calling around trying to find someone to do this? Well, I called a few places back to follow up and had to re-introduce myself and my vehicle blah blah blah. Not Automasters. I called back to see when I could schedule and Bryan had everything on file so we got straight to business. This might be the weird military bug in me but attention to details is huge and typically if a company is doing the little things right they are probably doing to the big things right as well! Lastly, I called to ask about some body work. He felt a vibration while driving the car to work and call them. They told him to bring it back in the next morning (12/21/23) so they could look at the tires. Stating that perhaps they weren't balanced properly. He took the car in as scheduled. When he arrived, they asked him to bring it back tomorrow morning because they were installing a new tire balancer. So on (12/22/23) My Husband took the car in again so they could finally balance all four tires. He left the lot and drove about a mile down the road before the rear driver side tire blows and came completely off the car leaving him setting on the side of Dixie Hwy. It broke a few of the lug bolts completely off and damaged the fender of the vehicle. THANK GOD IT WASN'T THE FRONT TIRE! They did come get the car and make small efforts to do repairs to get a tire back on it. The lug bolts they installed to replace what was broken were very short. So this is the second unsafe situation they put him in!!!! They didn't even want to discuss the damage to the rear finder. Except to try pushing it back in. The owner just walked away and left!!!! My husband could have been killed! They still have not to made an effort to settle the damages to the vehicle!

I have a lot of older cars; they have serviced my '96 Jeep, '96 Camry, '91 Ford F-150, '99 Subaru and a 2004 Honda pilot. Some of the cars have been old and the guys have no trouble working on them. One car even had wasp nests in the engine compartment and the door jamb. I brought the wasp spray and they cleaned the nests out while servicing my car - no extra charge. They have a night drop box so i can leave my car on their lot with a note - really helpful since i work FT. They always call with an estimate so we can talk about the price and any issues found. They do guarantee their work. The shop isn't fancy and the waiting room isn't spic' n span clean, but I highly recommend B&B - great work, reasonable rates, professional and knowledgeable folks.
