These guys are great. Feel completely satisfied every time I leave knowing my car has gotten the right services at a fair price.

Due to their incompetence, they…read morecharged me $500 to have my car released to a different company. please see attached images of the calls out, plus the quotes with his forged date. After a car accident, they received my car on 8/18. I called on 8/19 to ask about getting some personal items out of the car, and getting a quote on the work. They said give us 2 days. I called again on 8/22 after not getting a quote, they acted like she had never talked to me, and that they will get me a quote by Tuesday. I expressed that I don't want to miss the quote because I know the storage fees start at that time. I called again Today, asking where the quote is. They said they didn't know I wanted a quote and assumed I didn't want to fix my car. Wtf?!? I've called over 3 times at this point, why would you ASSUME I didn't want my car fixed?? They transfer me to the owner. He says the front desk girls don't do quotes, and he never got a message from me saying I wanted a quote. It's not his fault, and I need to pay $800 in storage fees to get my car released back to me. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, he finally agrees to knock off 5 days from the storage fee. At that point, I just wanted my car as far as possible from their company, so I said to send me the bill and I will pay it. He sends me the bill 3 hours later, and he now has a tow charge added (even then they billed my insurance), AND has that he received my car on 8/13. They didn't get my car until 8/18!!!!!!!! I call him back correcting him on the date he received my car. He says he will review the cameras and call me back. An hour goes by, he emails me a new bill. Still towing added, with the corrected amount of days. I call my insurance company and ask for them to tow my car somewhere else. The new tow guy calls and says he will be there at 5:05, and he will ask Bodies by Mikes to stay there the extra five minutes to get my car. They told him absolutely not. He calls me and lets me know he will be there first thing in the morning. I say that's fine, I'll go ahead and go make payment on their fees. The office ladies were absolutely rude. Told me they weren't sorry for what happened and added an extra day of fees because they won't stay for the extra 5 minutes. I paid the fees and informed them that it will be towed in the morning, and to release it directly to him. I am beyond pissed. I would have moved my car the SAME DAY of the accident if they had been upfront with the fees, and would not have given them grace on taking so long with the quote. I figured they were a busy small business and was okay with it taking a while. I didn't think my messages weren't being given to the owner, since I was calling THEIR PHONE NUMBER. I would rather dump my beloved car into the Ohio River than ever let them touch my car again.

Finally I decided to physically stop by, to find my vehicle in a garage like storage still with no bumper, and visibly little room around my vehicle for any work of any kind. My vehicle is still there, I'm still waiting, still hearing the same words. Do yourself a favor and save yourself of this regrettable decision.

After that passed, I was told it would be another week... then another week again. At this point, they have had my car for over 2 months with no clear completion date. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have not received updates unless I call them myself, and each time I do, I get a different timeline. It feels like my car has just been pushed aside with no urgency. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer informed should be basic service. Being repeatedly told "next week" with no follow-through is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop if you need reliable timelines or consistent communication

Buyer Beware - Proceed with Extreme Caution…read more I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. While the initial buying process was fairly straightforward and the sales associate, Mamadou, was pleasant to work with, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse after the sale. I purchased a luxury vehicle, and upon arrival, I discovered several issues that were never disclosed. The passenger-side mirror was damaged and taped -- a detail conveniently left out of the online listing and photos. The Carfax only mentioned a single rear-left accident, so this additional damage came as a complete surprise. When I raised the issue, management refused to resolve it unless I paid extra. The car also had roughly 700 more miles than advertised. To make matters worse, despite being told the car would be detailed before pickup, it was in poor condition -- with stains on the seats and air vents, missing floor mats, and only one key provided. But the most alarming part came just days after the purchase: the check engine light and several other warning lights came on. When I contacted the dealership, I was given the runaround and eventually transferred to someone I had never spoken with before who claimed to be the "manager." His response was dismissive: "We can't fix that. You didn't buy a warranty, and we didn't offer one." What they failed to disclose -- and what I later discovered -- is that this same "manager" had been personally driving the car prior to the sale, which likely explains the mileage discrepancy and strongly suggests he was aware of the vehicle's condition. Selling a car "as-is" does not give a dealership the right to misrepresent its condition or withhold critical information from buyers. I'm writing this review because I know how hard people work for their money. If you're in the market for a used vehicle, look elsewhere. For comparison, I had a great experience with Cars of Kentucky -- a dealership that was honest, transparent, and professional from start to finish. If you still consider buying from this dealership, I highly recommend requesting a full, detailed video walkthrough of the vehicle. It may save you from a costly mistake -- especially if you're traveling from out of town like I was. You've been warned.

Our 2009 Workhorse W42 has been built out into a food truck and it is our bread and butter. Unfortunately, we paid to have an inspection upon purchasing the vehicle and spent upwards of 20K in repairs prior to any knowledge of Wier's. All the repairs were costly and prevented us from operating our business. Each time we paid to have something fix, we would up having to tow it back to the same shop for additional diagnosis and repair. It was extremely frustrating. Mostly because we felt taken advantage of and the communication was always scare and extremely poor. Our last experience resulted in the shop telling us we needed to replace our engine to the tune of $32,000.00 I talked to David at Wier's about everything that had been done our truck and what landed it back in the shop again this time. He was patient, kind, always followed up with me timely and knowledgeable. He set my mind at ease and we paid to have our vehicle towed for a 4th time in just 3 months, but moved it from Rush Truck Center to Wier's instead. We are ecstatic that we found Wier's. David has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only was the issue something else (the turbos needed replaced, not the engine), the total cost was 1/3 of what we were quoted by Rush Truck Center and we got back up and running much sooner. David provided step by step updates and rebuilt our trust.. He was honest, transparent and forthright. He could've very easily told us we needed an engine replacement as well, but they took care of the real problem instead. I really appreciate this level of professionalism and am grateful for David, Sam and the rest of their team. We will do all business with them from here on out. I also wanted to share that they also discovered a major safety issue that was never pointed out to us in the 2 1/2 months our truck was with Rush Truck Center. Our undercarriage was cracking and needed to be repaired. We had no idea and they brought it to our attention with a plan to reinforce the front and rear of our truck. Furthermore, we had an issue with the generator of our food trailer a few days later and they had a technician on-site at our place of business in Cincinnati within the hour. This level of service is far superior to their competitors. Often times, we have been forced to leave our vehicle on a lot for weeks before someone got to it. We literally had a belt fixed on our Cummins Onan within the hour and were able to get to our event without any issues on a busy Saturday. I was blown away by the service we received and the updates David provided from diagnosis to parts and completion of the job. We are bringing our other fleet to them for maintenance this coming week and have been so impressed with Wier's. I highly recommend their fleet center to anyone with a big rig that is looking for a reputable shop that is honest with trained technicians and a service staff who truly care about the customers. You aren't just a number at Wier's. It has been night and day from other shops and we are thankful they are local. Thank you David & Team.
